Stayed here because I flew in late and wasn’t going to my destination until the following day. The property was in a nice location and the staff was very friendly.

I had such an amazing stay at Nala by Jawakara Maldives for my birthday trip. The location was absolutely stunning, crystal clear water, beautiful beaches, and the perfect peaceful island atmosphere. The resort itself feels very relaxing, luxurious, and private, especially during sunset. A special thank you to my butler, Mr. Jumaan, for being incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay. He went above and beyond in assisting me with everything and always made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. His kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality truly made my birthday vacation even more special and memorable. I genuinely appreciate all the effort and excellent service he provided during my time at the resort. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Everything was well maintained and housekeeping did a great job throughout the stay. I also loved how calm and quiet the environment was, making it easy to truly unwind and enjoy the Maldives experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from arrival until departure. Their service made the trip feel extra special and memorable. The amenities were also great, with plenty of activities and beautiful spots around the resort to enjoy. In terms of value, I genuinely feel the experience was worth it for such a memorable birthday vacation. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely love to come back again.

Lovely room with verandah overlooking lagoon & ocean. Staff absolutely fantastic, all staff from manager to waiting to cleaning & reception. Nothing too much for them.

There was a miscommunication between the reservation desk and hotel staff that they're not able to pick us up at the airport.Nice location and helpful staff.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to other travelers. From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming. Clean room: The room was spotless and very well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh, and the attention to detail really stood out. The bed was comfortable, and the overall environment felt relaxing and clean throughout our stay. Staff: The staff were one of the highlights. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They were quick to respond to any requests and made us feel well taken care of the entire time. Airport shuttle: The airport transfer process was convenient and well-organized, which made arrival and departure stress-free. It’s definitely a big plus, especially after a long flight. Family-friendly: The property felt very welcoming for families. The atmosphere was safe, relaxed, and accommodating, making it a great option for those traveling with children. What we liked: The overall experience was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. The service and cleanliness really made a difference. No hotel is 100% perfect, but overall, a great place to stay with excellent service and a comfortable environment. We would gladly return.
