"Great hotel! Fabulous location for visiting my daughter studying at KU Leuven."

"Hotel is well situated and has a good breakfast. The Air conditioner was very noisy, switched rooms and the noise dropped by 10dB but still noisy enough that couldn’t sleep without noise cancelling EarPods. The carpets are dirty/stained in the hallways and stains in the rooms too. Positive is the location."

"The worst hotel lobby access with a car. Very poor indication on how to reach the lobby. Do not get in the parking lot next door. You will charged heavily. It is a hotel that super convenient if you have no car"

"The property was clean and neat. The staff were VERY kind & helpful and the room was large enough to be comfortable, not on top of one another. The breakfast was FANTASTIC."

"We stayed 1-night. Hotel shuttle to airport comes every 30 min. Schedule changes depending on time of the year. Room was OK. Shower was a bit complicated to operate, but OK once we figured it out. Unfortunately there is no "Room Service" even though there is a "room service" button on the phone?! we had to go down to the restaurant to order the food and then bring it back up to our room."
