The room is ok. Shower had quite abit of black mold on the walls. At night, its almost impossible to sleep if the room is facing the hotel entrance as through the night there were students screaming and shouting until 4am. And i am there for work hence i okly got 3 hrs of sleep and had to get ready for work. Apart from this, staff are friendly.

Locatie was perfect, middenin centrum Leuven. In de nacht veel herrie buiten van jongelui ( kamer 215). Kamer was netjes en schoon. Badkamer met een lekkere regendouche. Wilde in de ochtend ontbijt nemen, maar koste € 25,- per persoon!! Toen maar een koffietentje in de buurt bezocht voor € 16,- totaal.

Great Location

✅ Great location, very near downtown Leuven. Plenty of restaurants nearby for every budget. ✖️ We stayed there for 16 nights. On our 2nd or 3rd night the A/C started to leak. Despite constant notifying to staff, it was never resolved up to the day we left. Housekeeping could also be better. They also dont have in-room phones.
