Check in was stress-free and easy whereas check out was a tad scrappy as the receptionist could not locate my cash bond and had to call someone to ask. I was glad to have the bond back though. We've never experienced such a kind and caring hotel stuff. The staff does everything to make your stay amazing :) The resort and villa was beautiful! Highly recommend trying their spa or daily activities, such as snorkeling!

I love its unique boutique style and it’s very homely and friendly. There is a family affair going on here with the staff and management. The ambience is great. Also the staff wash your clothes which is a bonus. The facilities are outdated but neat and tidy. I’ll return.
