"We booked the apartment based on the ratings and photos, as we usually do, but unfortunately our stay was quite disappointing. While the unit was clean, there were many insects - cockroaches, ants, spiders, which made us very uncomfortable. There was an odour coming from the toilet, which made the room smell, but we weren’t sure what was it.
The mattress was not in a good condition (it sank in the middle) and not suitable for elderly or anyone with back issues. We had back pain the next...
