My entire trip consisted of 3 weeks in Thailand with 3 nights being spent in Aonang at the Mountain View resort and of all my bookings, this one was the worst. We checked in a bit late as we flew in from Chiang Mai and as soon as i stepped in the room i wanted to walk out. I will note that the check in girl was very kind and this wasn't her fault, the language barrier was a bit challenging though. Our first room #503 was covered in hair and dust and I'm not exaggerating - there were clumps of hair in the bathroom, on the bed, in the corners and in the hallways. The "kitchen" looked like it hadn't been wiped down in months and consisted of a couple plates, forks and cups. When we asked to change rooms they said the hotel was fully booked and when i was adamant, they "found" a room. Our 2nd room #203, was more or less the same. Filthy and as an added plus, it smelled so strongly of sewage i quickly declined this one. They should really get a new cleaner.... Our 3rd room #103, i think the checkin girl must have gone in to clean the room as we waited at the front desk for a solid 15 minutes. When we checked it over, it was acceptable enough but they said we would have to change rooms the next day. I was so exhausted i said we'll deal with it tomorrow. What a mistake, the sheets smelled like they hadnt been laundered. I slept in my clothes and didnt use the pillows or blanket. The next day we checked into a new hotel down the street.

Excellent place!

Very nice place, a little far walk to the beach, but the trade off is quiet and nice view of a cliff mountain, overall, worth the alternatives at the same price.

ช่วงเวลาดีดี กับโรงแรงใีฝนความทรงจำ

ฮโล่วววว เราได้มีโอกาสเข้าไปพักที่โรงแรมเมาเท่นวิว อ่าวนาง คือจะบอกว่ามันดีมากเลยยยยย ตอนแรกคือเข้าไปหาล็อบบี้ไม่เจอ คือต้องบอกก่อนตอนนั้นฝนตกหนักมาก เรามองไม่เห็นล็อบบี้เองแหละ แฮะๆ คือเราก็รีบโทรหาโรงแรมเลย กลัวว่าจะโดนหลอก พอโทรหาปุ๊บบบพี่เค้าก็รีบลงมารับเลย ก็รอดำเนินเรื่องการเข้าพักแปปนึงก็ขึ้นไปดูห้องงงงงง เราได้อยู่ชั้นบนสุด คือชั้นที่5 ระหว่างรอลิฟต์พี่เค้าก็อธิบาย พร้อมชี้แจงว่าอะไรอยู่ตรงไหน สระว่ายน้ำอยู่ตรงชั้น1นะ เดินออกประตูไปอยู่ขวามือสุด บลาๆๆ ลิฟต์มาเราก็รีบกดเลยจ๊ะชั้น5 ถึงปุ๊บก็รีบจ่ำเลย 502 ไขประตุเข้าไปอย่างไว ภาพแรกที่เห็นคือแบบทำให้เรายืนนิ่งอ้า สตั้นท์ไปแปปนึง คือนอกห้องตรงระเบียงมีโต๊ะนั่งเล่น ไว้สำหรับชมวิว พอตั้งสติได้เราก็เดินดุ่มๆไปเปิดประตุระเบียงภาพถัดมาที่เห็นคือวิวจากชายหาดอ่าวนางเลยจ้าาา ในห้องก็มีโซนห้องนั่งเล่นเล็กๆน่ารักประดับด้วยโซฟานุ่มๆ มีโต๊ะหน้ากระจก ตุ้เสื้อผ้าที่แอบไว้ด้วยตู้เซฟนิรภัย มีครัว ไมโครเวฟ ตุ้เย็น คือมันเป็นความประทับใจแรกเลย เอาความจริงเลยคาดไม่ถึงอ้า ว่าจะได้โรงแรมที่ดีขนาดนี้ถ้าเทียมกับราคาที่เสียไป คือคุ้มมากจริงๆๆ บริการดี ห้องพักเริศ เดินทางก็ง่ายยย เดินจากที่พักไปชายหาดเพียงแค่ 3-5 นาทีเองงง #โรงแรมดีดีแบบนี้ขอบอกต่อเลยยย รับรองไม่ผิดหวังแน่นนอน

Relaxing stay

We stayed 5 days and it was very relaxing. Staff was very sweet and you just needed to ask if you need anything. Location is a little bit of a walk to the main area . It is a nice walk and Hotel also has a shuttle a few times per day. However still if you do not like to walk this may not be for you. The room is more like an apartment. HUGE ! WE had more than what we needed and views from 4th floor were great.I would stay here again. However we were there in low season so it was quiet and relaxing !

Nice stay

The place was nice and the staff, though speaking no English, tried to be helpful. There were two pools in the hotel, though not very clean enjoyable in the heat. The rooms weren't very clean but the shower was hot, the AC was working and the view was beautiful.

โรงแรมสะอาด ห้องกว้างมากค่ะ มีตู้เย็นหลังใหญ่ มีเตาไมโครเวฟ ปลั๊กไฟในห้องน้ำ เตียงนอนกว้าง มีเตียงเสริมให้อีก แถมโซฟามาอีก ดีค่ะ เสียดายในห้องไม่มีถังขยะ มีแค่เฉพาะในห้องน้ำอย่างเดียว สระว่ายน้ำเล็กไปหน่อย และเพราะโรงแรมอยู่ติดกับภูเขาเลยมีเศษใบไม้ร่วงมาในสระ ทำให้สระไม่น่าเล่น โรงแรมอยู่สุดซอยนับว่าค่อนข้างลึก ควรเช่ารถมอเตอร์ไซด์จึงจะเหมาะ โดยรวมถือว่าโอเคค่ะ

A bit disappointed but you get what you pay for.

For the price, the hotel is ok. But it is a budget no frills hotel that's 10 mins walk from anywhere. One thing to be aware of, the rooms are NOT safe. It was easier and quicker to open the locked room door without a key than with one. Don't leave valuables in the room. Ao Nang is a typical busy budget seaside resort with lots of nightlife for young people. The boat rides to the islands are very nice.

ビーチからかなり離れていて、ビーチから帰る道のりに他にたくさんホテルがあって何度も後悔した。 雨の日に到着した事もあってか部屋がとても湿気ていて臭いも気になった。 ベッドにアリが何匹かいて不快だったため受付に部屋の交換を頼むとすぐに交換はしてくれた。 スタッフは愛想はいいが英語はあまり通じずトゥクトゥクの予約サービスなどきちんと出来ていなかった為結局待たされる事が多かった。 ロケーションやホテルの清潔さなどからみて他のホテルにすればよかった。

โรงแรมอยู่ในซอยลึกไปหน่อยเพราะอยู่บนเขา ถ้ามีรถยนต์จะสะดวกสบายมาก แต่มีรถมอเตอร์ไชด์ให้เช่า การเดินทางจึงสะดวกสะบายยิ่งขี้น ในห้องสะอาดมาก ห้องกว้างมาก ห้องน้ำใหญ่สะอาด มีเตาไมโครเวฟ จาน ช้อนให้ กาต้มน้ำ ถ้วยกาแฟ สะดวกสบายสำหรับไปพักแบบครอบครัว ถ้ามีโอกาสจะไปพักอีกค่ะ

28 euros la nuit c'est cher payé pour le secteur et pour des backpackers comme nous mais la chambre est confortable et spacieuse. hôtel au pied d'une grande montagne dommage que les balcons de toutes les chambres donnent sur l'autre côté et ont donc une vue très moche. il y a une super terrasse sur le toit qui donne une vue sur tout aonang très sympa ! l'accueil est froid et mauvais, on nous a retenu 20 min parce qu'ils ne retrouvaient pas la 2eme petite cuillère de la chambre (lol) mais de manière globale une bonne impression, équipements sympas : bouilloire, kitchenette sans plaques de cuissons, grande douche ..

Everything is great except its far from main road

The hotel room was huge and have 2 swimming pools. It have a rooftop where you probably have your breakfast buffet at with great views. Rooms are really big and have kitchen and balcony, big space for like 10 people to hang out in. However you would want to stay at 4th or 5th floor for the best view. Downside is that its like 15mins walk to the main street with all the food and entertainment areas at. But they have free tutuks at certain timing that you have to book with the hotel for back and forth
