Staff were so wonderful and helpful. ESPECIALLY MOOK!!! Such an amazing help. Really takes excellent care of her guests and certainly goes above and wayy beyond for everyone. Such a sweet human being as well. I wish her great success in the future. She made my stay nothing short of extraordinary. Thank you Mook you deserve a HUGE raise in pay!!!

Excellent service from the staff, both the cleaners and the staff in the reception. Spacious rooms, nice swimmingpools. The downside is that the buffet was bad, and there are no restaurants nearby. They have 2 cars that takes you to Ao nang for free, but one of them are difficult to get in and out of. This would be easily solved with a stool to step on, but they don't have it. Most of the other hotel cars in Krabi use a stool, I have noticed. The most negative was that there are no sunbeds or umbrellas at the pool.

Not so good
Russian techo for dinner at the highest volume. And only rum/whisky and Coke to drink (waiter is surprised when we ask for beer or wine and tell us to check with the reception). But when the served dinner is spaghetti from a cantine maybe it doesn't matter. The pool was not taken care of. Bottles from the night before was everywhere. Wifi did not work in the room. Workers with hammers were working outside our room almost the whole day. The "beach" was about 20 meters long. No mosquito net. But the lunch was ok.

Hôtel et personnel parfaits pour un super séjour
séjour très agréable et personnel ultra attentif et réactif. Propreté de l'établissement parfaite, petit déjeuner très correct et emplacement de l'hôtel parfait. Navettes gratuites de l'hôtel à destination de Ao Nang très appréciées. Il manquerait juste des bains de soleil sur la très grande piscine à proximité du bar.

- Nice, clean rooms. - About 10 minute drive to Ao nang beach and 30 min drive to Krabi town. - Free transfers to and from ao nang at certain times which was nice. - multiple swimming pools - No wifi provided. Overall rating 8/10

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Dusche war leider nicht gereinigt. Restaurant hatte auch geschlossen. Frühstück war sehr wenig.

Numerous pools are available to guests, depending on which room you book. Quiet resort (in the main) whilst we were there. Food is standard fare, tasty and sufficient although breakfasts became rather monotonous and there was a reluctance to use the heaters under each bain marie to keep the food warm. Rooms were cleaned daily although sometimes insufficient towels were left, and toiletries had to be collected from reception on occasion. Overall friendly and helpful staff. Nice place although not within walking easy walking distance of anywhere.

Lovely if you don’t mind being out of town
A lovely resort in a quiet area, about 10min drive from Ao Nang town centre. We opted to pay a bit more to stay in a room with a swim up pool on the balcony and were so glad we did- it was wonderful. The sun stayed on the room’s pool until about 3pm and it was nice and private. The main hotel pool itself was fine but dated. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. There is a restaurant but the food isn’t the best. We chose to eat there on our first evening as we were tired and didn’t want to travel far but every other day we went to nearby Ao Nang town which had many restaurants and bars to choose from. You should consider that although this is described as a ‘beach resort’ you cannot really swim on the beach as it isn’t in a very good condition. This didn’t bother us as we hadn’t planned on using it, instead we took the free resort bus to Ao Nang and visited the beautiful beach there. Overall a lovely hotel and would stay here again. Would recommend to others if they are happy that they will have to take the bus to Ao Nang as there is nothing nearby the hotel. If you want to be in town with everything on your doorstep this probably isn’t for you. Staff were friendly and the in-room massages were wonderful and very reasonably priced!

Sehr guter Service. Kompetenter Ansprechpartner an der Rezeption. Täglicher und regelmäßiger, kostenloser Shuttle Service nach Aonang Beach. Leider kein eigener Badestrand aber dafür eine schöne, gepflegte Anlage, welche ruhig gelegen ist.

Smukke opgivelser og fin restaurant. Man skal dog lige være opmærksom på tidevandet ift. billederne af “stranden”. Men når det er højt, så ligner det billederne på en prik. Der er gratis transport til Ao Nang.

Gute ruhige Lage, jedoch sehr abgelegen (ca. 6km nach Ao Nang). Bieten zwar kostenlosen Transfer nach Ao Nang (hin und zurück zuvor eintragen in eine Liste), aber wer will schon ständig nach Zeitplan bummeln und an den Strand. Personal sehr freundlich, diskret und stets bemüht. Grauenvolle Architektur (alles grau und quadratisch) Beach Resort ist total übertrieben; der Strand ist eine Müllkippe und niemand geht dort ins Wasser. Zum Baden völlig ungeeignet. Das Frühstück kann man nach 3 Tagen nicht mehr sehen. Zimmersafe ließ sich nicht öffnen, also bekamen wir einen Ersatz, natürlich unbefestigt.... "Safe to go".

Was nice to stay in a resort near to Ao Nang. The staff spoke a decent english and had no problems organizing day trips and renting mopeds. The room was large and clean but AC was only mediocre- only downfall imo. Also me and my gf became very fond of the local cat we named Charlie XD

Bel hôtel dans un cadre naturel très agréable. Malheureusement la plage est inexploitable mais de superbes piscines sont là pour palier à ce désagrément. Personnel très gentil et serviable.

Super hôtel pour se reposer au calme.
Hôtel à l'écart et un peu au milieu de nulle part mais très bien pour le calme. Piscines top! Belle chambre mais literie vieillissante pour notre chambre standard. Sinon accueil et cadre parfait. Restaurant correct niveau qualité sans plus mais pas cher. Petit dej varié chacun trouvera son bonheur. Personnel agréable. Possibilité de navette gratuite ou 200b si en dehors des créneaux pour rallier la plage ao nang.

Hier wird auf die Hygiene geachtet. Ist mir in der Küche aufgefallen und in den Zimmern. Die Wasserhähne und Duschköpfe sind verkalkt. Sehr gut auch der mehrmals tägliche kostenlose Shuttleservice in die Stadt Ao Nang. Nicht so gut fand ich, dass das Personal nicht gut englisch spricht. Ich würde das Hotel Freunden empfehlen.

1) The WiFi did not work the entire 2 days 2) We booked the property for a beach view, what existed was a blocked sea with garbage and trees in front of the room..the hotel staff stated it is government responsibility and they cannot do anything for it..the pictures showed completely different view then what it turned out to be 3) There were spider webs all over the room, insects and spiders roamed freely in the room.. 4) Basic toiletries like a dental kit or toilet rolls were not present, reception staff looked puzzled when asked about it 5) No phone inside the room, one needs to walk upto the reception for any requirement

Good value. Friendly staff..
Resort was very nice. Pool was awesome overlooking the ocean. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is definitely out of the way, but the resort does everything they can to accommodate you. Shuttles running all the time to take you into town or to the dock. No beach which was not great, but an awesome sunrise.

Kaunis ja rauhallinen miljöö. Vaatimattomat palvelut eikä hionepalvelua ollenkaan vaikka se luki eboonnettisivuilla. Rikkinäisiä aurinkotuoleja, ei aurinkovarjoja ollenkaan. Surkea allasbaari oli vain likainen kioski. Ravintolassa edulliset hinnat ja hidasta palvelua. Paljon kulkukissoja ja roskia ympäristössä. Delux-huone oli ihan tavallinen huone, ei mitään erikoista. Aamiainen oli yksitoikkoinen, ei vaihteluvuutta ollenkaan. Ilmainen kuljetus 2-3h välein aonangiin. Pieni jääkaappi, ei satelliitti-tv.

Awesome Pool!!
Was a very nice place to stay. Out of the way, but the hotel did everything possible to accommodate your needs. They provided shuttle service to everywhere you needed to go. Unbelievable sunrises. Also enjoyed all the little extras like water and coffee in the reception area at all time. The staff was very accommodating. Unfortunately no beach, but still a very beautiful hotel.

Good value
3 nice pools in total. During our stay there was a regular free shuttle service into town which was convenient and you dont feel isolated. Rooms were clean. We did struggle to comunicate with reception staff at times and breakfast could have been better. But no major negatives, good value, nice place and based on my stay I would recommend.

Très belles piscines. Appartements vastes et bien équipés. Personnel attentionné. Proche centre ville, accessible avec la navette gratuite. Seul bémol le bruit des bateaux qui passent tout près de l’hotel en journée

Location is bit far, but the ride to beach is awesome. They provide free drop to Ao nang beach. Overall very happy with the service. Bit of wifi issue is there.

Lugnt läge utanför Aonang. Trivsamt. Lätt att ta sig in till Aonang med regelbundna turer från hotellet. Fina poolområden. Wi-fi är emellanåt bristfälligt.

Bodde tre nätter på hotellet med min kompis. Riktigt trevligt hotell med fantastisk pool och otroligt utsikt. Det fanns gratis tuktuk service som avgick bestämda tider varje dag. Inte mycket vegetariskt/veganskt alternativ på restaurangen.. men annars var det tipp topp! Tar ett tag till civilisationen men utsikten från hotellet kompenserade.

Flott område. Rolig. Litt avsides. Flotte basseng områder. Hyggelig betjening, bortsett fra restaurant betjeninga. De snakket dårlig engelsk og var ekstremt treg med både mat og bestikk. Ofte tomt for bestikk til frokost. Ingen pålegg. Ofte tomt for syltetøy, ofte tomt for smør. Ingen bacon. Ellers var resten heilt flott. Veldig ryddig område.
