Overall Good
Great location, clean swimming pool, helpful staff, affordable price Convenience store, pharmacy, night food market just feet away. The only thing to be improved is restaurant. I had a dinner there, meals came completely one after another but it took quite a long time. Tender loin steak was over-cooked and tough whereas sea bass was under-cooked. When I claimed it, the sever just took it back without any apology. it was somewhat disappointing. But anyway, overall, it's a good resort.

위치는 괜찮지만 재방문 의사없어요
풀억세스룸 정말 습하고 냄새나고 모기 많고.. 뭐 모기많은건 자연적인거라 괜찮지만 청소상태가 안좋아요~ 욕실에서 찌린내가나서 저희팀이 물뿌리고 쓰고하니까 괜찮더니 그담날 청소후 오히려 냄새가 다시 나더라고요~ 아마 걸레같은거 자체가 더러울듯해요.. 전체적으로 위생에 신경쓴곳은아닌거같아요..

아오낭비치와 가까운 접근성 최고의 리조트
룸 컨디션 좋고 아오낭비치 걸어서 10분, 툭툭타고 2,3분이면 도착해서 접근성이 좋다. 기대하지 않았는데 풀서비스 스파가 의외로 너무 좋았다. 조식 또한 다양하다. 아쉬운 점은 풀장이 좁고 썬배드가 부족하며 풀장에 아이들이 너무 많다

가족형 숙소
아오낭 중심가에서 좀 떨어져 유흥을 즐기기엔 부족하지만 편의시설은 충분해서 조용히 지내기엔 좋습니다. 직원들(특히 리셉션)이 좀 더 친절했으면 하는 아쉬움이 있지만 수영장과 방크기에는 좋은 점수를 주고 싶네요.

아오낭 비치에서 가까운 위치 호텔중에 손에 꼽히는듯 합니다 수영장 정말 좋네요 디럭스 룸이였는데도 뷰가 좋습니다 클리프 뷰였으면 더 좋았을것같네요 조식 메뉴 다양하고 헬스장 쾌적하고 뷰가 좋습니다 리셉션직원 분들 정말 친절했구요 수영장 풀바 직원분은 조금 덜친절했지만 재방문 의사 100% 호텔입니다

돈받고쓴 블로그 후기들에 당했네요.
해변에서 가깝고 밤에 아오낭 나이트 마켓이 바로옆에 있어 위치적으로 마음에 들어 예약했지만 객실이 너무 습하고 방에서 곰팡이 냄새때문에 잠 설쳤습니다.

8일간의 크라비 여행중에 4박을 이곳에서 숙박했습니다. 바로 앞에 편의점 100미터만 걸어가면 아오낭 나이트마켓 등등 주변지역이 아주좋고 서비스 조식도 가격대비 좋았습니다만 침구류및 룸이 너무 습하였습니다. 마피 젖은 이블에서 자는것 처럼 다른방은 어떤지 모르겠네요

깨끗하고 시원한 그림같은 호텔. 직원분들이 매우 친절. Poolaccess room은 풀 이용시 매우 편리하고 좋으나 방안이 조금 습하기 때문이 이 점 유의해야 함. 다 좋았지만 스파 이용시 직원이 가격안내를 잘못한 일이 있었음.

정말 추천하는 호텔입니다
3일 숙박하면서 처음 이틀은 Deluxe Room 이었고, 마지막 하루는 Pool Access 룸에 있었습니다. 만실이라 업그레이드를 할 수가 없었어요. 너무 아쉬워해서인지, 체크인할 때 직원분이 아이들 두 명의 조식은 무료로 해주셨습니다. 예약할 때 깜빡하고 1 king bed로 신청했는데, 역시나 만실이라 룸 타입 변경은 불가능했지만, pool access 룸은 2 single beds로 해주시고, 두 침대를 붙여서 세팅해주셨어요. 그래서 이틀은 굉장히 불편하게 지냈지만 ㅠ (방도 너무 작더라구요) 마지막날은 몹시 편하게 지냈습니다. 3일 내내 pool access였으면 좋았을텐데 하는 아쉬움도 컸어요. 냄새가 난다는 후기가 있어서 걱정했는데, 냄새 전혀 없이 잘 지냈고, 마지막날 방 위치도 훌륭해서 아이들과 너무 잘 지냈어요. 조식도 맛있고, 직원들도 굉장히 친절했습니다. 다만, 방에 재떨이가 있는 걸 보니 흡연이 허용된 것 같은데, 잘못 걸리면 힘들겠어요. 중국인 숙박객들이 꽤 많습니다. 수영장은 작았지만, 미끄럼틀 때문에 아이들이 정말 좋아했습니다. pool access 방에서 음식 to go해 온 거 먹으며 수영하고 놀기 정말 좋습니다. 로비에서 광고하고 있던 PAKA 공연을 고민하다 보러 갔는데, 나름 재미있었어요. 공연 끝나고 배우들이 전부 내려와 같이 사진을 찍어줬습니다. 좀 더 저렴하게 갈 수도 있지 않았을까 하지만, 남편과 아이들이 많이 좋아했으니, 만족합니다.

체크인 직원들이 불친절함, 2층에 배정받았는데, 뒷편에 공사를 하는지 매우 시끄러워 잠을 잘 수없었다. 하지만 금액대비는 수영장도 있고, 주변에 먹거리와 마사지 등이 있어 나름 만족이다.

합리적인 가격에 최고의 서비스를 누릴수 있었던 호텔
아오낭 메인 거리와는 약간의 거리가 있긴 하지만 썽태우 이용시 저렴하고 5분이내 거리로 좋은 위치. 그리고 친절한 서비스와 깔금하고 넓은 객실, 놀기 좋았던 수영장, 합리적인 가격으로 매우 만족스러운 호텔이었음. 센타라 그랜드와는 비교할수 없지만 가격대 성능비 최고인듯.

씻기 참 드럽게 힘듬
일단 체크인 시간에 체크인을 못함 방이 준비되어있지 아니함 그래서 삼십분 기다리다 체크인을했는데 ㅋㅋㅋ 물공급이 원할하지 아니해서 따듯한 물이 아니라 화상입을정도로 뜨거운 물과 미친듯이 찬물이 교대로 나옴 ㅋㅋㅋ 온도조절따위 엄슴 샤워를 할수없어 항의함 허벅지에 가벼운 화상도 입음 ㅋㅋ ㅋㅋㅋ 엔지니어가 와서 고쳐준다더니 보고 잠수탐 로비에 항의함 다른엔지니어를 불러준다해서 방으로 돌아갔는데 이번엔 방문이 안열림 ㅋㅋㅋ 참 가지가지함 방키를 다시받고 씻지도 못한체로 한시간을 기달려도 엔지니어가 안와서 다시 항의함 룸를 바꿔달라했지만 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 엔지니어가 보고 바꿔준다함 엔지니어가 안옴 난리난리쳐서 방을 바꿈 정신차리니 저녁 7시 ㅋㅋㅋ 직원이 와서 방을 바꿔줬는데 사과가 아니라 짜증나보이는건 기분탓일까? ㅡㅡ 사과따위 없음 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 걍 싫어 앞으로 내인생에 센타라 계열호텔따윈 없음 ㅋㅋㅋ 아 다행히 바꾼 방은 물이 정상적으로 나온간 다행이었음

데스크 직원의 친절도 개선필요
해변과의 위치도 객실의 청결도도 만족스러운 호텔이였습니다. 단 한가지 아쉬운점은 호텔의 대다수의 직원들이 웃으며 친절하게 대해주셨는데 문제는 리셉션 직원들의 태도입니다. . 한두명도 아니고 영어도 부정확하며 주변의 소음으로 인해 크게 말해야 하는데 알아듣기 불편한 낮은 목소리로 이야기해 반복해서 문의를 하게 했습니다. 그러면 웃지도 않고 불친절하게 응대를 하였습니다. 저는 저희만 그러는 줄 알았는데 다른 외국인 아줌마에게도 역시 친절하게 문의에 대답하지 않았습니다. 다정한 미소와 친절한 서비스는 호텔의 기본이라고 생각합니다. 호텔의 얼굴 역할을 하는 리셉션 직원의 친절은 다른 어떤 직원보다 중요하다고 생각합니다. 한두명도 아니고 그날 5명의 리셉션 직원의 불친절함은 이 호텔에 개선되어야 할 최대의과제라고 생각됩니다. 또한 수영장 옆에 여자 화장실은 환기가 잘 되지 않아 암모니아 냄새로 머리도 아프고 현기증도 나서 이용하기 불편해 숙소로 가야했습니다. 환기와 냄새제거의 다른 방법이 필요해보입니다.

2박을 했는데 내내 만족했습니다 공항에서 버스를 타고 아오낭에서 내리면 걸어서 10분정도 거리에 있고 호텔에서 조금만 나오면 노점과 세탁소 여행사가 있는 언덕이 있어 입지도 괜찮은 편입니다 서비스는 4성급 호텔답게 직원들이 영어도 잘하고 일처리도 성심껏 해주었습니다 다만 체크인 시간보다 일찍가서 수영장을 이용하고 다시 갔더니 5분이 남았는데 앉아서 기다려달라고 하더군요. 전체적으로 만족스럽고 추천할 만한 호텔이었습니다.

센트라안다에서의 1박
수영장에 반해서 갔는데 미끄럼틀은 짧지만 강력하게 재밌습니다. 물도 깨끗한 편이었고, 직원들이 친절해서 좋았습니다. 아오낭 비치까지는 10분정도 걸어야 하지만 가는 도중에 기념품샵이나 노점들이 많아서 걷는데 지루하지 않구요. 한적해서 더 조용하게 즐길 수 있었어요. 하루 더 묵고 싶은 호텔이었습니다.

안락, 청결, 편의성 모든게 갖춰져있습니다.
월컴 드링크로 부터 시작해서, 직원, 로비, 호텔 인테리어, 수영장, 숙소 내부, 사워부스, 욕조, 침대 모두 좋았습니다. 위치도 아오낭 비치에 아주 근접해있고 호텔이 위치한 길은 물론이고 길 밖 좌우측으로 쉽게 음식점을 접할 수 있고 투어 판매소, 세탁소, 보트 티켓 판매소 등 모든게 근처에 있습니다.

서비스 친절 시설 위치 가격 모두 만족이요. 날짜 잘못 예약하고 갔는데 바로 조취를 취해 전액환불 및 새로 숙박도 잡아주셔서 해결잘됐어요. 위치도 시끄럽지 않은 조용한 지역이었구요. 수영장 스파 시설 모두 만족입니다. 룸서비스도 저렴하고 너무 맛있어요.

A great beach holiday
We were very delighted to have stayed in Centara Anda Dhevi. The room was with pool view and it was in excellent condition. The room was very spacious and cozy. My wife is a very sensitive in her sleeps but she had a great rest there. Swimming pool was large and had plenty of sunbeds although at times it is difficult to get a bed as there are many people. We have no kids but there were a lot of families with kids who made a good use of the pool as it has a slide. But this can be a little minus if you are looking for romantic ambience. The location itself is excellent, it is close to everything and you can reach AoNang Beach on foot in 20min or with a TukTuk(local motorbike taxi)in 3min. Althogh all the food outlets and restaurants provided great food, surprisingly, our favorite was the food market on the main street, just on the left within 5min walk off the resort street. Everything we had there was cheap and delicious. I will definitely go back to stay at this resort.

위치가 정말 좋고 수영장 재밌었어요~
우선 위치가 아오낭 비치까지 도보로 한 10분정도 걸리는데 가는길에 노점상이랑 상점들이 많아서 전혀 지루하지 않고 시간 걸린다는 생각 안들고 구경하며 먹으며 다닐 수 있었어요~ 위치가 정말 좋았어요! 수영장도 참 재미있더라고요! 슬라이드 한 10번 넘게 탄것 같아요^^ 직원들 친절하고 방도 깨끗하고~ 또 라레이그릴이라는 고급 레스토랑까지 콜해주셔서 셔틀로 갔다오고~ 아주 만족스러운 곳이었습니다!~

디럭스에서 3박을 묵었어요~창문 밖엔 철조망이 쳐져있는 풍경이었구요~아마 다른 리조트와 분리를 철조망으로 한거 같아요~ 그리고 화장실 문이 안닫혀요~오래되서 그런건지...ㅡㅡ 직원들은 친절해서 좋았답니다. 조식든 먹을만했어요~ㅎㅎ완전 맛있고 그런건 아니구요~ㅎㅎ;; 그리고 호텔 위치는 아오낭 거리랑 조금 떨어져있어서 거기까기 가는 것은 불편했으나 조용히 쉬고싶은 가족의 경우엔 괜찮을거 같아요~

가격 대비 만족
호텔의 위치는 아오낭 해변으로부터는 도보 10~15분 정도 떨어져 있다. 하지만 오가는 길에 마사지샵을 비롯해서 ATM, 길거리 음식 등이 자리를 잡고 있어서 그리 멀게 느껴지지는 않는다. 호텔은 딱 별 4개 정도에서 4.5개 정도로 느껴진다. 물론 방콕 시내의 호텔과는 규모가 다르다. 하지만 호텔의 관리상태나 객실의 청결함 등은 만족스러운 편이다. 특히, 1층에 위치한 Pool Access Room은 만족스럽다. 다만, 물놀이 기구가 5m 정도 밖에 안되는 슬라이드 한개 뿐이라는 사실이 아쉬움으로 남지만 가족들과 즐기기에는 크게 아쉬움은 없다.

최근에 지은 리조트. 깨끗하고 합리적인 가격과 서비스
대체적으로 수영장이나 객실이 넓지는 않지만 이용하는데 불편함이 없었고 합리적인 가격에 깨끗하고 편안하게 잘 쉬다가 왔습니다. 늦은 체크아웃을 신청하였는데 4시까지는 추가 비용을 지불해야 하지만 2시까지는 무료였습니다. 위치로 툭툭이 이용하지 않고 비치나 시내까지 걸어다닐만 했습니다. 근처에 비교적 신축 리조트가 몇개 모여있는거 같았습니다. 추천합니다!

We had a comfortable stay here for 1 week. Great location to lots of bars and restaurants. Staff very accommodating. Nice breakfast and great pool cocktails. Appeared a little busy and noisy here at times. Great for families.

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel in einer Nebenstraße ,sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstückbüfett sehr reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Am Pool sind leider wenig Sonnenliegen verfügbar, Handtuch Service super. Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar.

Wir hatten ein Poolaccess Zimmer gebucht. Direkt vor unserer Terrasse war das Volleyballnetz, Kinderrutsche etc. Irgendwie war es mir entgangen dass hier auch Kinder sind, und es waren sehr viele dort. Es war den ganzen Tag richtig laut im Hotel. Früh morgens und Nachts auf dem Flur, genauso wie im Pool. Das war schon sehr nervend. Sauberkeit ging so. Der Boden in Zimmer war ständig dreckig. Auf der Terrasse wurde nicht gereinigt. Der Tisch war von Anfang an dreckig. Auch dem Bad hat die notwendige Reinigung gefehlt. Personal war freundlich. Frühstück war in Ordnung.

We had four rooms with King beds but only two came with king. Upon discussion with receptionist we were given one more room in a very dark and dirty location. Receptionist and manager were extremely rude and did not want to correct their mistakes. This is an old property that needs a renovation of both the building and the management. As a side note we have stayed in many properties in Ghailand and this was the worst experience.

The hotel is located in the middle of a town in which we new. But when being around the pool you hardly get much sunshine due to the surrounding buildings. Getting in and out of the pool is a little dangerous as the poles move when entering. The pool needs an update and should be deeper. When coming off the slide it's that shallow you hit the floor. Breakfast is not in an inside building and is open... This needs to change due to flys and birds entering the restaurant. You have to ask for bacon? Which is not normal. The rooms are dated and the balcony we had was awful set above the smoking area for staff below with broken fencing as a view was an awful balcony view. The spa incredible the experience was amazing but they didn't seem to have my booking dispite booking. Breakfast on the last day we were told we hadn't paid for it in which we certainly did. Ok onto the good things... They have some nice staff. They also have a good happy hour. And there are restaurants in walking distance which are very good. Would we stay here again. No we wouldn't.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were lovely, breakfast was delicious with lots of variety and the location was great, walking distance from the beach. We had a swim up room and would definitely recommend.

Our least comfortable bed in our month in Thailand. The noise from the outside cupboards banging was an issue. Curtains need replacing. In general, this hotel needs a facelift. Nice pool, staff and a good breakfast.

We ended up moving after one night of our 3 night stay in Krabi to the Nakamanda Resort 15 mins away. I don’t believe this property warrants a 4 star rating, 3 star is more suited imo. Although the pool was lovely with the slide for the kids, the family room with balcony was quite basic and small, the tacos/nachos we had in the restaurant was barely edible, with the exception of the reception staff the other staff had very limited English speaking and struggled to understand our questions regarding lunch, and finally the location. It is a good 10 min walk to Aonang beach which was one of the worst beaches in Thailand imo. Not a clean looking beach that lends to swimming with the long shore boats crowded at the shore. It was all quite a low point for our stay in Thailand and as it was the end of our trip, we moved so that the whole trip would not be marred by this experience and were extremely grateful that we did.

We stayed for 2 weeks , the second room was nice overlooking the pool , downside pool is nice but this is really a kid friendly hotel , so lots of kids , the gym was ok but had to call them several times to turn the air conditioning, the breakfast was ok , but they don’t restock , so when you ask for example Gronala they say they ran out , there is no air conditioning in the breakfast area or lobby , with no fans , so it gets very hot

Für kurzen Aufenthalt in Ao Nang ok. Gute Lage, sowohl Ao Nang (Beach) & Ao Nang Landmark Night Market gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ansonsten sind auch viele Shops, Restaurants, Wechselstuben, usw. in der Nähe. Das Hotel selbst ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und strahlt meinem Empfinden nach wenig Gemütlichkeit aus. Wir hatten ein Pool Access-Zimmer, was wir grundsätzlich empfehlen können, aber das Zimmmer roch v.a. im Bad etwas modrig - Abhilfe schafften Duftlampen welche nach unserem Hinweis umgehend von der Rezeption aufgestellt wurden (löste zwar nicht das Problem, aber für uns war es für 2 Tage ok), Frühstück war sowohl quantitativ als auch qualitativ sehr gut - wer hier was zu meckern hat, dem ist nicht mehr zu helfen. Personal ist sehr nett und sehr bemüht.
