“It was awful from check in the receptionist was rude and unhelpful, actually she has been the only rude Thai person I have met. The room, 2 minutes to be exact we were in it, the smell was vile, stains everywhere including the sheets. Filthy, I would not let a dog stay there. NOT as discribed on Expedia. Yet They say I can not have a refund. I paid in full before my trip, due to Hygine we left the hotel without sleeping there, and had to pay £400 for a 2 night stay that we had not budgeted for....

“Very bad experience, no help at the reception, receptionnists don't smile and don't give any good advices for places to visit, no barbecue included while it was written in the description. Swimming pool not cleaned after glass broken, and my friend was injured with the broken glass fallen in the pool. During checking out, receptionnist charge me money because my son was sick and used the towels, hotel not recommanded.”

“숙소근처 3분도 안되는 거리에 똔마욤이라는 맛집이 있어서 좋았어요 수영장은 작지만 가격대비 괜찮았구요 숙소가 깔끔하니 좋았는데 프론트 직원들은 좀 냉랭했습니다.”

“Queda muy céntrico de todo, el servicio es muy bueno el desayuno es bueno. La pisina es bien refrescante. Las camas son muy duras.”
