First of all we would like to apology to you, however we would like to explain that the room category normally we sales 3bedrooms for all family that 1 unit of Family room and 1 Premier room with connecting door from balcony. 1st when you informed the situation our team tried to solved problem move you to 2 Family Suite with connecting door for more convenient for your family and explain to you the condition of booking non refundable same as our website information. (you agreed to move rooms). Case of Food in restaurant due to the we don't know this case exactly in case we know about this situation then we can help you to solve it immediately.
