Lovely property in a great location. In great condition, clean and all the basics provided. The only downside was that the bed frame was really squeaky so ended up sleeping on a mattress on the floor. Also note there is no bedroom, it’s an open plan studio.

Fantastic

Fantastic place, I was worried as we hadnt stayed in apartments before, but the communication was excellent. The check in instructions were clear. The replys to any queries were fast. We booked all out tours and transfers with them. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everything you could ask for, we were very happy

The apartment it self is clean and very modern everything you need is there. The design of the ceiling is so bad because you will hit your head every single time you will sleep. The check in was little unclear from the mail and the address is wrong or not complete. The sleeping is good if you sleep early and wake up early. Because it is very busy street. You can find bus , grocery stores cafe around the building. I recommend this for three persons not 4 adults maybe if you have kids may enough for four people. Krakow becomes so expensive after inflation. I came before and prices is the double maybe more. the bed can make back pain alittle too tough but bearable the street is alittle noisy after 7:00 am so you have to wake early

Beds not the best

Apartment spacious but lack of mirrows and drawers. The bed was far too low and unsteady everytime i moved it made so much niose 5 nights of lack of sleep i slept on the settee.

Unsafe, Misleading, and Poorly Maintained – Avoid

We booked two apartments at Green Garden Residence for our family trip to Kraków, including elderly guests. The experience was shockingly poor from start to finish. Misleading Information: The booking confirmation listed were a completely different building. This was never communicated beforehand and caused confusion and stress. The apartments were in separate buildings, despite being booked together, making it extremely difficult, especially for our elderly family members, since one building had no lift. Prepaid garage parking was not available despite confirmation, and no alternative was provided. Appalling Customer Service: When we reported these issues, the response from Green Garden Residence was rude and dismissive. There was no offer of assistance or even basic courtesy. We were left stranded, forced to urgently find alternative accommodation at our own expense. No compensation, apology, or adequate response was provided by the property or booking platform. This experience was disgraceful and unacceptable on every level. If you value safety, cleanliness, and customer service, avoid Green Garden Residence entirely.

The best hotel I stayed on

Whenever I go back to Krakow, I'll book this hotel again. It was splendid! It has everything we need to spend some weeks. It's close to the fragment of the guetto wall and the schindlers factory. It's cozy, perfect for a couple.

Un super séjour malgré quelques inconvenues

Points positifs : Séjour très agréable, super appartement . Bémol : de la poussiere au niveau de la ventilation. Point négatif : Pas de réception sur les lieux même de l´appart'hôtel, j'ai donc dû les appeler et attendre 20mn dans le froid à mon arrivée pour recevoir par sms les instructions pour rentrer dans l'appart bien que j'avais prévenu de mon heure d'arrivée. D'ailleurs la réception ne parle pas français.

Complicated registration and might be noisy

It was written that I need to contact hotel 24 hours before arrival. The day before, I wrote an SMS message, but got no answer. In the morning of arrival, I tried calling. But it went stright to voice mail (it's just a guess, because something was automatically said in Polish). After that we didn't had time (or service in the phones) to try again, so we just hoped that everything is fine. When we arrived we saw a coded gate. There was a phone number nearby and it was different from the one in Hotels.com website! So we called that number. Not from the first try, but we got answered. It was told that soon we will get SMS with all codes (apartment key is also in the coded safe). After 15 minutes, we called again, because we haven't received the message. When we agreed to do this on WhatsApp. And only when we entered the apartment, we finally got the SMS. It was pretty long so maybe that's the reason it was stuck. We forwarded this message to another couple from our group, but they never received it. I found this way of registration very uncomfortable. Apartment itself is very nice. Everything is new. It even has dishwasher, laundry machine and iron with ironing board. The worst part was noise isolation, because it didn't exist! Someone was partying all night with just a few breaks. We notified the receptionist about it and she said, if it will continue after 10 pm, she will call them. But at that time the party stopped. And started again after few hours.

Komfortowy, przestronny i dobrze wyposażony apartament. Obsługa przez telefon i bardzo miła. Wygodny sposób na pobranie kluczy do mieszkania. Przyjechaliśmy w niehandlową niedzielę popołudniu, w okolicy wszystkie sklepy zamknięte i gdyby nie fakt, że w kuchni czekały na nas kawa i herbata do dyspozycji - byłoby krucho. Podstawowe wyposażenie kuchenne pozwala w aneksie swobodnie przygotować sniadanie, kolację czy nawet obiad. Można się czuć jak w domu. Okolica dobrze skomunikowana, niedaleko sklep, kiosk i apteka. Polecam, jeśli będziemy wracać do Krakowa to tylko tam.

Świetne warunki, cisza spokój i wygoda. Wszystko zgadza się z opisem, pomocny personel przez telefon wyjaśnił jak należy dostać sie do mieszkania. Parking w garażu pod budynkiem. W pokoju jest stół i 4 krzesła, a których nie widać na zdjęciach, więc jest gdzie spokójnie zjeść śniadanie.

Nice even if a bit confusing.

The hotel is located near the old Jewish ghetto, just few minutes from Oscar Schindler´s factory and about 30 minutes by foot from the city centre. Generally the hotel is clean and nice. However, there were some things that did strike me (empty picture frames, no curtains on my windows etc.) I think the hotel might be very new. We also had some trouble with the garage, but the staff of the hotel was very nice and helpful with the issues. If you want to have a service with the reception you are out of luck here, but they have a great help over the phone.
