Apartment is pretty old and with very basic facilities (there wasn't even toiletries for instance), my room was overlooking the main street so quite noisy. I only slept there one night and left soon in the morning so for short stays it's ok because it's very close to the station and there's automatic check-in available, but I wouldn't recommend it for more than a night.

First, the photos are misleading. Location is OK, not clean and on many occasions found a spider. No mirror in it. No mirror in the bathroom. Windows curtains are short from the sides and people in the neighborhoud can see me sleeping. Overpriced.

Value for money and fantastic location.

Fantastic New Year's Eve stay. The accommodation is on a very good place walking distance to everything - city center, train and bus station, Jewish quarter, shops etc. Clean, spacious and quiet. There was almost everything you need for a good stay, no hairdryer. There is no Tv but that was not something we missed.

Had to pay extra on arrival because we came with 6 and paid for 2 persons. But I had mailed before and he did not say we had to pay more, otherwise we would have looked for other accommodation perhaps. Accommodation was ok, but more for 5 persons, not for 7. Because on 'room' is actually the living room so if you'd like some more comfort come with max 5. Location is good, bathrooms were very clean.

Miałam zrobioną rezerwację i przy zrobieniu rezerwacji i opłaceniu zaznaczyłam że będę późno na miejscu bo będę jechała z Warszawy do krakowa jak dojechałam do obiektu obiekt był zamknięty i nie byłam w stanie wejść do środka przez szybę widziałam zapalone światło na recepcji ale nie byłam w stanie dostać środka i musiałam szukać innego miejsca na Nocleg

Very poor service

1) WIFI works really bad, there is no router on the second floor so I have to connect to the first or the third floor network but in both cases the connection is very poor, often absent 2) Although I have specifically asked in advance, I have found only one towel in the whole apartment: one towel for everything, body, face, hands, feet and intimate parts... 3) the electricity socket besides the bed is broken 4) the shutter of the window in the bedroom is broken so no way to block the light from the outside

Poziom obsługi był wysoki. Pomieszczenie czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Jedynie TV drugiego dnia nie działał - ale mnie nie był potrzebny. W łazience było czysto i można było skorzystać z prysznica z ciepłą wodą. Kuchnia posiadała sztućce i naczynia, czajnik bezprzewodowy z kawą i herbatą i lodówka

There is no daily cleaning of the room. I stayed 3 nights and they did not collect the trash, change the bed sheets, clean the room, provide fresh towels. No soap. When i arrived, the supposedly white linen bed sheets look dark and the shower floor is clogged. They also do not respond when i contacted them through email, facebook messenger and phone about the direction to the place / instruction about the check in process. No elevator and you need to climb the dark stairwell (i was on the top floor). I will never ever stay again to this horrible place. The only positive is it is just 5 to 10-minute walk to Krakow Glowny / Old town.

Przyzwoite miejsce w świetnej lokalizacji

Największą zaletą jest położenia blisko dworca i rynku. Standard pokoi jest adekwatny do ceny. Pokoje są wygodne, jest aneks kuchenny i lodówka, ale całość wymagałaby remontu albo przynajmniej odświeżenia (popękane płytki w kabinie przysznicowej, zepsuta klamka w drzwiach balkonowych). Brak jest stałej recepcji, czyli na zameldowanie trzeba się umówić. Generalnie jest ok jeśli ktoś nie spodziewa się luksusów.

No lift. 8 flights of stairs to family room. Shower head broken, dusty room, very smelly fridge which could not be used. Not as pleasant as photos suggested which was basis of choosing hotel as many others at same price were available. Hosts were nice and friendly.

It was a genuine apartment in an old building with much character. The kitchen was functional. The couch in the living room was too though the fold out bed cover was old and well used. The bedroom was small yet comfortable. The staff were pleasant and it's in a prime location. I walked everywhere. Plus, there is a supermarket just down the street. It's a great place and the price is unbelievable.

¿Lo mejor? los empleados... ¿Las camas? dejaban mucho que desear, una cama de matrimonio que cada vez que te movías crujía por todas partes, el colchón incomodo..... La otra cama era un sofá cama que cuando lo abrías estaba undido en la parte central lo que no era muy confortable.... y además, si te tocan unos vecinos incívicos; como nos ocurrió, al no haber nadie que controle y ponga el orden, pues no dormirás......no lo recomendaría nunca!!!!!!!

Centrally located town house for a great price. The building it’s self is quite dated which adds authenticity to the visit however the shower rooms and kitchen amenities were newly fitted and modern. The room/suite we stayed in was very spacious and clean but could use some pictures/ornaments/flowers as the decor was cold. Staff at the Krakow Townhouse were very friendly and attentive and made us feel welcomed. Another point to note is that the free parking is secure and situated in the rear courtyard however access is via a very narrow passage way that may be a problem for wider than average cars. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would come back.
