We stayed for 2 nights as a family of 4 in 1 room. 2 youths and 2 adults. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage whilst we went off to explore the old town. The staff were very helpful. The room was perfect for our needs however was very hot so we had to open the window to get some air, thus then made the noise from outside very obvious. We had an early tour booked for a 5:55am pick up and the hotel provided a breakfast box. The hotel is good location from airport and old town. We used Uber to get around.

To be honest I booked the hotel with different information. But the stuff tried really to help me and make my stay pleasant. I don’t like that it’s a bit far from sentrum. Using taxi everyday can make an extra cost. And I really disappointed with breakfast. Not 4* hotels breakfast. So, if I will return here - my answer will be negative. But I do liked the service and stuff was really nice to us❤️❤️❤️ thank you 🤗

Leider die Fenster waren nicht schalgedämmt und in der nacht hat man alles mitbekommen was drausen passiert wie fahrende und hupende Fahrzeuge, Telefongespräche, Buse die Reisende abgeholt oder gebracht haben und das trotz6 Stock. Schwimbad und Fitnessraum echt klein. Bei der Anzahl an Gästen meist überfüllt. Frühstück hat geschmäckt, aber es hat sehr oft der Platz nict für alle Gäste gereicht und musste mal warten.

Rooms are quite big, big shower and separate toilet very handy when you travel with kids. Small ketle wasn't working properly. Swimming pool small but deep 2.5m . Very good breakfast. Not free parking!

Lækkert hotel med pæne værelser og i udkanten af centrum. Morgenmaden er okay, men ikke prangende (brødet er noget tørt og bliver bedre ved at køre det gennem brødristeren). De varme retter var lunkne og kunne godt bruge mere varme. Mangler dog mere smilende og imødekommende personale. Det tager ca. 30-45 minutter at gå ind til torvet med restauranter og butikker (meget turist præget). Ellers er der mulighed for at leje cykler og løbehjul for meget billige penge. Taxa koster 30 PLN fra hotellet til centrum.

Very nice hotel about 25 mins from the airport. Staff was nice, check in was smooth. Room was nice for 2 adults and a child. Best one I’ve been in since moving to Europe.

Nous avons séjourné en famille (à 4) dans une chambre avec un grand lit double et un canapé lit. Celle-ci était confortable avec toilettes séparées (ce qui est un gros plus!), un coffre fort et un petit réfrigérateur. La literie était confortable. Le petit déjeuner fût excellent : il y en avait pour tous les goûts! Cet hôtel est parfait pour les enfants car il y a de nombreux jeux pour eux. La piscine, bien que dimension réduite, avec une amplitude horaire importante est un gros plus de l'établissement. Cependant, les gens se permettent tout et n'importe quoi (ainsi, des personnes se sont baignés tout habillés sans que personne ne leur dise quoi que ce soit!) Par ailleurs, j'ai profité de la salle de sport qui, bien que petite, comprend l'essentiel pour se maintenir en forme et qui est ouverte h24! Le seul problème c'est qu'elle est un passage obligé pour les gens qui vont à la piscine, dont certains sortent de l'eau et ne se changent pas et traversent la salle de sport trempés!! De plus, les enfants de tout âge montent sur les tapis de course, rameurs ou vélos comme si c'était un jeu , encore une fois sans que personne ne dise quelque chose! Si je devais mettre une note à l'établissement je mettrais 9/10, le rapport qualité prix est excellent . Je mettrais 9,5 si le staff empêchait les gens de faire n'importe quoi.
