Nice Hotel for a short stay @ Kuala Belait. However, the food is not so great, honestly. Especially breakfast doesn't have much variety.
Staff is super helpful & service is excellent.
Hotellet var bra, veldigt reint og fint på hotellrommet. Wifi var veldigt dårligt. Det kunne ha vært meir forskjeligt å velge mellom til frokosten.

Disliked: Room comfort
Room was small and cramped, many of the facilities mentioned in the description were not present, frequent issues with WiFi, hotel drivers were often late for per-arranged pickup (up to over 15 minutes), iron and ironing board badly damaged making any pressing risky, poor quality toiletries.
The air-con was performing really well though.
As always the staff were excellent and helpful.
The experience is alway enjoyable and I have never been disappointed.
It is always a pleasure to stay with them.
Great Hotel in middle of Kuala Belait with really friendly and helpul Staff. Room I booked a bit small for two people but would be just right for one.The Breakfast was not good; however, it was during Fasting Month so had to pick it up and eat in room (no problem) but the food was cold and in small portions. Probably better other times of the year. Will stay here again next trip.
I've always enjoyed how laid back Kuala Belait was and how it tends to beat to it's own drum. I actually use to live in Kuala Belait with my family a few years back during the oil boom for a good 8 years of my life. And right away the hotel staff treated me with the same kind of hospitality I remembered during my teens, although the hotel was only built after we moved away from Brunei. I loved how comfy and welcoming the entire hotel felt with its' own amazing touch of luxury. I loved the waterfall shower and tiles around the bathroom. While view from my room on the 4th floor was beautiful. Since the restaurant my dad loved was across from the hotel, I decided to hit it a lick for dinner and it was lovely. The breakfast buffet the hotel served in the morning was wonderful and since the bus station wasn't far from the hotel, I didn't have to travel far to get to my next destination. I completely recommend anyone to try this lovely hotel whenever you get the chance if you're ever in the area. Cheers
very uncomfortable bed.
I was staying during ramadan and they do not serve breakfast in the cafe. Breakfast was served in a Staff room and had staffs have their breakfast in the same place and staffs walking in to clock-in for work. Its was really unprofessional. The manager also had a little argument with his staff in front of me. On the 2nd day, i refused to have breakfast in the same place, and asked to be served in the room, which they agreed. Have never stayed in any such bad hotel. Wifi was not working when i arrived...poor slow wifi

Hotel is just OK and not bad for 1 night stay, meet the basic requirement.
But a bit disappointed with ironing facilities - the iron itself has traces of black material, luckily it didn't ruin my shirt! Iron board is in scraped condition, really need immediate improvement..
