Very nice and relaxing of the Beach... affordable price considering the location by the beach, grocery shop just beside the hotel and coffee shop just located at the ground floor.

Well located and good value hotel with a nice view

The hotel is clean with spacious room facilities. The room has a great beach view and is quiet and calm. For convenience here is a coffee shop, supermarket and restaurants right next to the hotel. Staff were polite with no check-in or check-out problems. I would stay here again

とても施設の古さは感じますが、清掃はきちんとされているように感じました。部屋もベッドも広い！レセプションにカフェ直結、徒歩1分でスーパー、道の向こう側にはスタバがあるなど、便利な立地です。 廊下の音はよく聞こえるし、歯磨きセットがついてない、タオルが少ないなどありますが、他の近隣ホテルに比べるとお手頃な価格なのでトータル満足です。

the staff on reception are very Helpful. the room is adequate for a business trip for an engineer. the bed was not the most comfiest i have ever stayed in but the room was clean and tidy as could be made like others i have stayed in in this area they are tired and could do with a sprucing up but with the price per night being as it is you can not complain to much, does not have a restaurant but a coffee shop attached , very nice coffee and cakes

the staff are very helpful but if you are going to have one of the apartments go for one that is not facing the sea as there seems to be some sort of motor that is really loud through out the night at the back of the hotel, i was on the 2nd floor and it was very loud even with ear plugs, staff moved me to the third floor but still not as loud but still could hear it with ear plugs. 2nd floor bathroom was very dirty like a mechanic had used it to clean an engine, third floor one much cleaner but shower head was awful.

Close proximity to the beach with beautiful views of the sea from the room. Check in and check out was very quick. The room size was sufficient for two persons. It was dusty and badly needed a good clean. I personally used wipes to sanitize all high touch areas. The mini fridge was working and kept our drinks cold. However, it too required a lot of cleaning (had mould) before I would place anything in it. There were used coffee cups so we had to ask for clean cups. Only one toilet roll was allowed per day, no kleenex or hand towel was available. The toilet would smell after a flush and the entire bathroom could be more hygienic. There was an extractor fan so we left it running continuously to remove any offensive smells. The AC had already been turned on when we got in which I’m grateful for. I liked that a grocery store was handy to purchase necessities such as bottled water, soap, shampoo, paper towels, etc.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, it was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Room Condition: The room was in poor condition, with a musty smell and old, uncomfortable bedding that clearly hasn't been updated in years. It felt more like a run-down budget motel than a hotel with any sort of standard. Pool: The pool area was even worse. The water was green and looked completely neglected. It is clear that the pool has not been properly maintained in at least five years. It was impossible to consider using it, and it was disappointing to see such poor facilities. General Cleanliness: The overall cleanliness of the hotel did not meet basic standards. I could find cleaner accommodations elsewhere in the area for a similar price. I attempted to request a refund for the one night I stayed, but because I booked through HOTELs.com, I was unable to resolve the matter directly with the hotel. I feel that the room I was provided with was not worth the price I paid, and I honestly believe that the value of the room was closer to $3-5 per night, and i pay $60 it’s really not far tome There are many other hotels nearby that offer much better quality, cleanliness, and service, and I will certainly be recommending them to others instead of your establishment. I would appreciate your attention to this matter and would like to know how you plan to address these concerns.
