This hotel is becoming worse, probably will be my last time staying. Stayed 4 nights. Good point: Room is comfy Close to my branch office Rooms for improvement: NO Gym facility even the web/ APP saying there is, I felt that I got cheated. Poor quality of breakfast, limited selection food choice really need to improve a lot. Hot shower not working fine, it took me 5 mins to wait The only reason I chose this hotel is close to my hotel, if this hotel do not improve then i will give up.

The setback of this hotel are: 1) Room is using warm lights & too dim. 2) Rain shower only so likely to get your hair wet. 3) Difficult to adjust warm water by the tap (too sensitive). 4) Water Basin drainage is clogged & builds up water easily. Overall, so-so hotel as it is slightly run-down. The good point is next to shopping mall.

When I checked out today, the hotel staff (lady) explained that the parking machine was spoiled and could not waive my parking fee. It was necessary for me to go to the packing office to waive after that I was asked to pay by the parking office when I arrived at the hotel. No free parking is provided by the hotel. Service = "Dishonest"

Terrible is the word i can think of. The hotel was run down, and i had mite bites after the first night, and was itching like crazy. Breakfast was awful, tables were not cleared at all and i had to eat with dirty cutlery from earlier guest piled up on the breakfast table. The fried anchovies for the nasi lemak were not fresh and has lost its crunchiness. The soup for the noodles were completely tasteless, like water. When i checked out of the hotel at 5am, the receptionist was sleeping on the couch. The only thing the hotel has going for it is the location.

Summary of Hotel Stay Experience Our recent stay at your hotel during the Boxing Day period was unfortunately marred by several significant issues. Room Conditions: * Initial room was unclean and had maintenance problems. * Second room had visible mold and dirt. * Pillow quality was poor. Power Outages: * Unscheduled power outage from 11:45 PM to 12:30 AM. * Additional power outage around 5 AM. * Affected critical services like lifts, lighting, and phones. * Raised concerns about guest safety and emergency response. Overall, the quality of accommodations and services provided did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price point. We believe that significant improvements are necessary to ensure future guests have a satisfactory experience.

The ceiling was too old, could see the paint peeling. The heater is not working! I tried to call to lobby but the in house phone not working as well!! And the air conditioner system is not working well too! I had a freezing cold bath and also a freezing cold sleep. Bad experience.
