We loved our stay at the Platinum Suites by SNC. The communication was good, we loved having 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms, the view is incredible, and there is a lot of space in the apartment. It felt loke home. Full-size fridge, washer/dryer with detergent in the unit. We couldn't have asked for more!

Rooftop pool and gym were nice. Good location to go to nearby mall and grocery. City mall has big and cheaper price grocery. Also the mall have many restaurants and bakeries inside. 15 min walk to the Petronas towers. Room air was not good due to smoking, so the staff showed other two rooms, but still not good. Another problem is bedding and towels are so old and need to upgrade. Room cleaning staff were very helpful and did really good works to solve issues.

Awesome stay

The unit is so big and spacious with a queen and day bed, a study, a living room, and kitchen and dining. The internet is good, 5G. The agent was very responsive and clear about instructions. I didn't know I have to deposit 300 MYR cash so I offered that I give him a mix of different currencies. He ended up just asking me 40USD, for formality. Am glad he's that considerate. The bldg has a nice cozy lobby. The infinity pool overlooks the KL tower. The next building has some convenient stores. I'd come back here again.

This is an honest review for this property: Firstly, they communicate very well about expectations. We stayed in the King Suite. Its pretty large but very empty. There is a water filter station but it appears not to get very cold. The AC is good and keeps the place well chilled. The view is decent, but you cannot see the petronas towers if that is what you are expecting. You are on the 26th floor and look out over the city, no balcony but large windows give lots of natural light. There is a nice work station which was really appreciated as i was working remotely! The chairs are pretty flimsy but it did the job. There is a full kitchen with pots and utensils if you want to eat in a and a full size fridge. The bed is quite hard but does the job, the pillows were good. There are LOTS of outlets in this place and a hairdryer. There is also a washer dryer with provided soap whoch was appreciated. The unit itself is a bit run down but it still functions well for what we needed although i feel it is a bit over priced for the area. The main complaint is that there os insufficient hot water for shower. There is a water heater but even after leaving it on for a long while, you get maybe 2 or 3 minutes of hot water. The hot water tank appears to be very small and insufficient for 2 people to take showers back to back. They also only gave us two towels until we asked for more. The pool doesnt have its own towels (although it is a nice pool on the rooftop) so need more towel

I had a pleasant stay at the suites The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing visit. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Fantastic stay , the host was amazing and helpful, but the front desk need to have training in how to treat guests. They were pathetic , a personality would go a long way. Other than that thank you to the host of the apartment.

Property do not have front desk. We checked in quite late and the room is not clean as there are few cockroaches in the toilet. After inform the owner, they changed room for us. Appreciate if you could improve the cleanliness of the room as there is also dust smell and ants.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes. Man merkt, dass die Unterkunft schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. In der Küche haben ein paar Dinge gefehlt, was das Kochen etwas erschwert hat. Leider waren auch die Kissen und Decken nicht besonders bequem, und das Sofa sowie die Stühle könnten etwas komfortabler sein. Insgesamt okay für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, aber mit etwas Verbesserungspotenzial.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé pour les points à visiter et proche de 2 lignes de métro. Le personnel très sympathique. Cependant c’est très bruyant, à côté de la voie rapide. Impossible de dormir sans boule quies et encore malgré ça on entend le bruit Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. Celle ci était beaucoup plus au calme.

洗濯機が壊れていて1週間の滞在で、一度も使えなかったうえに、別の部屋も用意しない。 エレベーターのアクセスカードが機能せず、毎回、係員にエレベーターのボタンを押してもらった。約束通りの時間に掃除など部屋に来ない。ドタキャンする。絶対におすすめしない。
