The hotel was nice, however the service wasn't up to par at all. The bathroom bidet sprayer was broken and was leaking the whole time. When i wanted to ask for a converter they wanted to charge me for it until i mentioned i won't be buying it and only want to use it while in hotel. I asked for an arrangement for a birthday celebration and reminded them twice at check-in. However, we only came to find out that there was a cake tucked in the fridge on our last few hours before checkout that no one told us about, and we found it coincidentally when trying to get water. Therefore, we weren't able to enjoy the birthday properly and left the cake untouched. Upon checkout, the associate that came to help us with the bags asked for both our room cards, we had to go look for them which is something we have never done before. All in all, the view was the nicest part of this stay.

Fantastic location. Cool villa with terrace and pool. Excellent beakfast buffet. Convenient very long pool on the beach ideal for swimming. BUT : -Stones on the beach should be regularly removed. -Parasols on the beach would be nice to have. - Rooms and facilities need renovations. -Housekeeping service was often in late afternoon ( morning service would be better).

We had such a great experience from the check in all the way to the end of check out process . Ying was fabulous along with the staff from Golf cart rides to the staff at the buffet . They all were very attentive . Just remember if you want the hustle bustle busy party hotel or area this one is def not the one. It’s situated more for relaxation and best for couples especially with our own private infinity pool to our private beach area .

The Naka is well located near Patong and the activities in the area - and only half an hour to Phuket Town & the large shopping centre. Nicely located on a hillside - with a pool beside the small beach - the pool villas and bedrooms have nice outlooks to sea. A little worn perhaps, with a strange layout (the showers & toilet are at the opposite end of the unit behind the living & bathrooms. Staff are very helpful - if a little short on understanding of English. The food is very good and the breakfast buffet is of a high standard. If you secure a good relative rate - a nice option. Rent a car for access to the many surrounding areas.

Wouldn't stay again and wouldn't recommend

The 2 bedroom unit that we booked developed a leak before we arrived. Even though they reached out to let me know we couldn't arrange for a pick up from the airport, they said nothing about our room being damaged and thus unavailable. They tried to fix the problem by putting us in two separate 1-bedroom units for the same price. We politely declined and then spent the first three days of our five day trip moving rooms so they could 'accommodate' us. They didn't want to offer us a refund for the two nights we stayed in a one-bedroom so now I am having to chase hotels.com for this. I also cannot recommend the food. Restaurant closes as 7:30pm so any food after that would have to be ordered through an app which is inconvenient given the location of the hotel. Overall, very unpleasant stay and would not recommend unless you just need a lot of space for multiple families and don't mind being far from a town
