Hotel was connected to the mall which was nice access to shopping and restaurants. The hotel did have a very nice selection for breakfast. The hotel was also close to the business that I was visiting.

Location close to airport and hotel linked directly to large shopping mall. The buffet breakfast team stands out both in terms of food variety and quality; and attentive and friendly services. Constructive suggestion is that the switches in the room (large suite/ gallery suite) should be labelled. And that the smart tv screen share function using smart phone should be explained and elaborated step by step.

Nice hotel in Putrajaya

Lovely hotel located right beside IOI City Mall. Felt more like a family hotel than a 5 stars hotel for business stay. Quite disappointed that there wasn't much facilities within the hotel such as spa, steam, jacuzzi. Breakfast selection was great and all the staffs always have a smile on them, which made the experiences welcoming. The most negative feedback I have would be that the soundproofing of the rooms were bad. Of the 4 nights there, I can't sleep for 2 of the nights as there were either stomping noises upstairs or furnitures movements sound next door both in the day and night.

Good service provided. Location is great as next to the mall. I requested for baby cot and and quite instantly they provided it but it did look abit old but usable. Breakfast was great. Some suggestions would be to provide larger trash bins and also I have a 4yo, a step stool would be more convenient for him to reach the sink. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Le Meridien

Service and staff was very friendly from the moment I checked in to when I checked out. My hotel room was ok. Drinks and snacks were complementary which was nice. There was no hand soap or an iron in my room, but other than that it was fine.There's not much to the area around the hotel besides the mall that's attached. The mall is very nice and there are a plethora of good food options. Also there is a golf course a few minutes away if you enjoy golfing. The gym is small, but I never saw more than a few people in there. The bar in the lobby was not very good, but I realized many people do not drink alcohol in this area.

Not something to repeat for family vacation.

Room dine service during midnight are horribles. Probably not available. Call from room and nobody was picking it up. I left phone dial up for 5-10minutes, nobody atthending the call. Frustration. Room smell rotten probably due to wet carpet maybe. People service at lobby are awesome and very helpful.
