I am really fussy with my accommodations and I was surprisingly very pleased in every aspect. The apartment was clean in every way. The kitchen was spot less. The fridge was as if it was new, the kettle had no sigh of any lime scale and the washing machine & dryer was a life saver. The shower was amazing, the bed was so comfortable aswell as the pillows. The staff were smiles all round. I wish all could take note and learn a lesson or two from the staff & standards here in Kuala Lumpur

Its a very new property and fantastic facilities, very nice rooms and very very new. The staff even though quite new, are very hospitable. The breakfast is great and the pool as well. Location is very very central and very close to the KLCC. We stayed in a 2 room configuration which was great, value for money as well and we were able to walk to the Convention hall within couple of minutes. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. - Patrick

Amazing hotel, great staff, location is a straight 10-15min walk into the Pavilion shopping centre. Amazing roof top area with beautiful city views and, of course, a direct view of the famous Petronas towers, good breakfast, good pool for adults with a large kids pool which a toddler can easily stand in. The rooms are beautiful and large, they come with a washing machine, great air conditioning. Overall amazing experience would highly recommend and will be returning here in the future!

Brand new so good facilities like washing machine, filtered water taps, great playroom and playground for kids. However, as new as this place was, service was very lackluster. Also many items were not available (eg children toiletries, bed guards) which many other places of this star rating would have. Additionally, had to constantly remind them of requests (eg carpark validation, bed crib). The units were also not cleaned properly and noise insulation is terrible. The pool water was also very cold. Breakfast spread was also small.

Overall a good stay

Hotel is conveniently located but the area is quiet and doesn’t have alot of food within walking distance. Perfect for GrabFood and chill. Cleanliness can be improved as trash from previous guests were left behind and bottle provided for water refill was wet when we arrived.

It was a very beautiful hotel and I had a luxurious stay. Since it was an apartment-style room, I opened the cupboard to use a glass, but it fell out and broke. I cleaned it up myself, put the pieces in a bag, and handed it to the front desk. At that time, all they said was, “If you break something, there’s a charge.” No one asked me about the fact that the glass was already in a position to fall when I opened the cupboard, nor did they show any concern about the glass shards. They didn’t even ask if I was okay cleaning it up. It wasn’t about the price (around RM19), but that lack of care was disappointing, especially since everything else was great.
