Had a very pleasant stay at Pavilion Hotel KL. Staff were polite, welcoming and very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The location was wonderful. It was connected to the Mall which makes it very convenient to shop and also offers dining options.

We were impressef with the hotel from the minute we stepped in. Frahana at reception was friendly and also offered tips on sightseeing. We told her we were checking out at 4am and no time for breakfast. She was kind to organise a packed breakfast for us. Our room was large and spacious and Hafizullah and Rahul cleaned our room and it looked clean. They even got the bed ready at night. Suiab at the resturant made time each day to chat and check how our day went with sightseeing. This made us feel like family and cared for. We enjoyed the range of foods at the breakfast buffet. The entire hotel staff were friendly and super efficient. It was handy having the hotel attached to the Pavillion mall to have meals. Will definitely stay there again if in Malaysia.

Clean, large room, spacious bathroom, centrally located. Getting into and out of the property by cab can be a bit tricky because of the traffic. But that is a minor inconvenince. There are plenty of good dining options in the vicinity, including at the Pavilion Mall to which the hotel is attached. I cannot say enough good thinga about the breakfast buffet. Highly recommended.

What a beautiful property! The staff is amazing! The hospitality exceeds expectations and everyone is so helpful and welcoming at all times. Great location. The breakfast buffet was so extensive and of great quality. The club lounge staff were pleasant and welcoming and the evening snacks and drinks were great! Really enjoyed our stay!

Connected to Pavillion KL Mall which was really convenient. Property is well maintained and breakfast selection was good! The breakfast manager seemed more attentive towards international guest however.
