Excellent for lone travellers who are afraid of being lonely! Guaranteed midnight party noises to keep you awake through the night so that you wont miss your early flght the next day! Dont worry you can catch your sleep in your flight afterward, what this hotel aims is to make you feel like you are not alone by purposely thinning down the sound proofing, bringing room occupiants closer! Who knows your next door could be party animals like you are too right!? Staffs are great, very understading and torelence - they wont even give a damn even you are talking and laughing loud with your buddies through the mid night, even jumping and banging the wall also ok - the staffs wouldnt even bother even other suckers are complaining! This i give 5 stars as not many hotel can do this.

No frills but clean and good value

My first room had stains on the wall. In this small space, it could be quite off-putting, The recptionist very graciously moved me to was very clean and great value. Very pleasant staff.

Convenient & nice stay

Overall it was a nice stay, strategic location, food and shop just nearby, lrt station walking distance. Just the room a bit small but not an issue. And I love the massage chair very much.

Really disappointed... i booked the hotel by online.. i request extra pillow but didnt get it.. remote control for aircond cant use.when i went to the room the bathroom wet like someone use it before me. Hope the will more alert about this..

Nice for a short stay!

Massage chair not working. Too bad. Bathroom has a little smell when I came in. But overall is clean. Enjoy the hot water! Some hotel sucks in that. Bed was comfy enough for me. Air-Con is new and cool enough too.

An Average Stay

It was okayish stay at Sovotel. Plus points about this Hotel is the Location (as it is just opposite to Kelana Jaya LRT) and Free Wi-Fi with good speed. But there are more negatives - Small rooms, No Lifts, No phones in the room (so if you need anything, you need to go downstairs), will not clean the rooms (unless you go downstairs & specify to them).

Location and Price very attractive.

Location is good and proximity to LRT is excellent. No lift though room s was on third floor and had to carry luggage up can be a challenge.

Room for sleeping only

Bad: -switched 3 different rooms but none of them can have stable internet connection, end up i have to purchase my own mobile internet to surf! -no toiletries except towel and shampoo -foot massage machine seems dirty so i didnt use it -hard to find car park during morning to evening (took me half an hour to 1 hour) -no drinking water -no lift (they have 3 floors... imagine u get the highest floor unit?! stay at 3rd floor for 2 days.. tiring==) Good: -room is clean -right opposite LRT (kelana jaya) -few steps away 7-11, vegetarian food & nice non-halal restaurant! -very friendly staff & he know how to speak english!

Disappointed with stay

I chose the hotel because of its proximity to Kelana Jaya LRT. Unfortunately, the quality was a letdown. From within my room, I can smell cigarette smoking from the corridor when someone smokes. Noise freely travels throughout which is a problem when people come back late at night. The door just gets banged loudly and you are already in slumberland. The bed was not in the best conditions. There were leftover stains. Side-table had torn surface. TV has limited channels, and only a couple are not grainy. There were no decent coffeeshops nearby the hotel for breakfast. Noted that there were some makeshift stalls selling breakfast items such as malay/indian cakes intended for office people who wants to grab-and-go.

Hotel is close to the train station and main road. Rooms are tiny, and a bit noisy but it's a budget hotel. Room didn't have fridge.
