Nice hotel!!
Very Pleasant Stay while not much hotel rooms are available in this area. Staffs were very kind even it was late check-in. Breakfast was good as well. I will be coming back again for another stay. very recommanded!!

친절한 말레이지아 친근한 임페리얼호텔
낮선곳에 도착해서 긴장과 설레임이 있을때 친절한 현지인을 만난다면 긴장은 안심으로 바뀐다.임페리얼호텔은 그런곳이었다.체크인 할때 호텔직원의 친절한설명과 미소는 지금도 나를 미소짓게한다.룸 상태는 아주깨끗하고 좋았다 침대는 아주 편하게 잘수있었다. 모든점에 흡족했다.방을 나올때 1달러를 두고 나왔는데 돌아오니 그대로 있었다. 공항과 가까운것도 좋았다. 아침식사를 했던 식당에서 일하는 분들도 눈만 마주치면 웃고 공손한 태도가 좋았다 호텔 리무진 운행하는분도 친절짱 임페리얼 호텔덕에 말레이지아의 인상 업업. 기회되면 말레이지아에 또 가고싶다

Nice nice hotel...but auto bike sound is a little so not good for deep sleeping and breakfast food is always same ..need to change a little everyday...tq

새로운 호텔
공항에서 10분 쇼핑몰을 포함하고 있어서 무료하지 않고 최근에 오픈해서 시설은 깨끗하나 아침 식사가 조금 부실했지만 가격대비 만족함.

The mall attached isn’t the best one in the area but if you want to do sown shopping or kill time, it’s connected to the hotel. The prices are good! They have a train ride kids can do but no playground. The hotel was great. I wish it had a thicker blanket BUT that’s probably not something I would say when it’s hot. The breakfast was good with lots of food and drink options. Omg the menu food was delicious and we got in around midnight, but fortunately they’re open 24 hrs. It was exactly what we needed after a 7 hour delay in the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel. I travel with a 4 year old and we felt safe and comfortable. The gym was good too.

The staff are very helpful in safeguarding the items that was handed over by me to store in a chiller, as there is no room to put the item in the hotel room fridge. Despite going in and out of the hotel parking many times, the staff were patient enough to accommodate to our free parking every time we call to void our parking fee. Thank you

Great Hotel near Kuching Airport
The Imperial Hotel in Kuching was great. It is close to the airport and is attached to a shopping mall. The buffet breakfast was fabulous. We found the place to be clean, comfortable and with many nice amenities. The price was a great deal for what we got.

Poor arrangement. The guest have to wait for long que for check in due to not all counter were opened. The hotel should open all counters when there a lot of guest. The access card to the room are not activate and the guest have to go to the counter again to activate the card. The hotel toilet sink is clogging. The pool area is not well maintained. The floor is broken and the nail can cause hazard to the guest. Very dangerous

Should provide 2 bottles of water per person each day. Outer side of window was full of germs and green mosses, making the view blury and negative. Location wise was good, with shopping mall and kopitiam in walkable distance.

Superb service
This is my first time in Kuching, Sarawak for the conference. Hotel was awesome, food was fabulous, staffs were super nice. I really enjoyed my stay.
