"This hotel is extremely well situated in the city, centrally located and 1 block from the subway station that takes to every corner of the city. The amenities are simple and sensible and work for prepared travelers. The rooms are snug, so pack light, and be prepared to adjust to this style of stay across Japan. The staff were absolutely wonderful, accommodating, informed, kind and very gracious. They were knowledgeable and helped me figure out so many different issues I had while traveling. I truly appreciated their wonderful attitudes and spirit. They were all very hardworking, cheerful and funny and I would definitely stay here again."

"I’ve stayed here before and I find the staff to be very customer-service oriented. I love that the airport limousine drops you directly to the hotel and the fact that the hotel itself is connected to all transport lines, restaurants and shopping galore. Overlooking the scramble is a sight to see. I was able to book additional nights and extend my stay with little hassle and lots of effort by staff/concierge. Thank you, I will visit again and make this play my go-to stay!"
