"Bien situé dans le quartier, cependant l’hôtel est sur une petite rue et notre taxi nous a laissé au coin de la rue sans nous dire où était l’hôtel. Je recommande de vous accommoder avec street view pour bien la repérer. Les chambres sont très petites, alors pour quelques jours ça va, pour un long séjour je ne recommande pas. Tout est propre et il y a une cuisine commune pour faire réchauffer des plats. En résumé, nous étions satisfait de l’hôtel."

"Great hotel Right by the hotel Train station only a 4 min walk The downside is it’s very far from everything Other then that the area is very calm and quiet Has a couple restaurants and bars nearby I’ll definitely stay here again if I stay by the airport again"

"This hotel is ok. Spacious for Japan. The hotel is difficult to find. The staff was semi-helpful as most everything was self service. You are paying for the convenience to be near the heart of Shibuya. Very convenient as it’s connected to the subway. However, you’ll have to climb flights of stairs to get to the subway. So if you packed a lot, good luck! At least the locals are sweet enough to help."

"The hotel is brand new and located in a brand new shopping plaza right above the Oimachi train station. It is very convenient for amenities like cafes, restaurants and a grocery store right in the mall. Rooms are super clean and modern, with great views of Shinagawa. It is also in a very convenient location between Haneda airport and all the major tourist attractions in Tokyo."

"Staff was amazing and spoke English which helped with any questions about transportation around the city or how to get to places around the city. The bakery at the entrance has delicious pastries and the hotel is 20 minutes walking from the main station that will get you anywhere in Tokyo with its expansive train system."
