"The lock system was out of battery but the staff changed it immediately. The property is in the terminal 3, walking distance. Multiple restaurants, NicoNico rental car all in the same building. We first purchased a SIM card at BicCamera in the terminal, then head to the hotel for check in. You can get a discount Spa/Onsen ticket as well."

The amenities are simple and sensible and work for prepared travelers. The rooms are snug, so pack light, and be prepared to adjust to this style of stay across Japan. The staff were absolutely wonderful, accommodating, informed, kind and very gracious. They were knowledgeable and helped me figure out so many different issues I had while traveling. I truly appreciated their wonderful attitudes and spirit. They were all very hardworking, cheerful and funny and I would definitely stay here again."
