We enjoyed our short stay at the Royal Kona, while on Big Island. It is in a great location near everything you might want to do. The beds are very comfy and rooms are spacious. The resort also has great amenities as well. We would stay here again!

Really nice resort. Limited dining options that aren't a fortune. Walk to parking lot took 15-20 minutes from the Palace Tower, so be prepared to walk a lot.

This a was a large condo building on the water. There was plenty of parking and a security guard on premises. Every door uses a pass code to get in like room, pool, elevator, stairs ect. There are some people that use these condos for winter months. It was located close to downtown kona.
