"A great sized room with a great bathroom and shower, well maintained and staff were excellent. Air conditioning was top tier and the amenities on offer from the hotel were much appreciated "

"The room was very dated, from the 1980s, and we found mold in the bathroom. Yet when I brought it up to the hotel staff, they blamed it on the system between companies like hotels.com and the hotels. They said they never claimed to be a 4 stars hotel, and apologized for the condition of our room and offered an upgrade to a renovated room but had to charge us an extra fee. "

"Nice property with a lovely on-site onsen (or maybe local water spa - not sure). Room for luggage under the bed, but rooms are pretty tight. Nice having some hooks! Only downside was no in-room AC control, so had to get a stand-alone unit from the front desk, which took up quite a lot of space in the room."
