"Would recommend. We stayed here for the first 3 days of our family trip. Rooms were great and had lovely views over Tokyo. The cute pajamas they gave you were super comfy. Area was right in the thick of things. Only negative, check-in was a bit messy(you use machines rather than working with humans which was a bit of a pain point and not the warmest greeting.) you sort of want a human touch after a 10 hour flight. However the staff was always eager to please. "

"Everything at this hotel was perfect. Staff spoke English and were very kind and helpful. Our twin room was warm and cosy with good wifi ,a fridge,kettle,and extras should we need them.Our room was cleaned every day and was spotless. Breakfast was wonderful...a large variety of hot and cold items that apoealed to everybodys taste and was buffet styleso you could have as much as you wanted. We had the loveliest 8 night stay here and I will recommend it to everybody. Walk to JR station took only 10 mins snd limobus stop only about 12 mins away...."
