  • #Shinjuku #Tokyo #Japan #alley The famous piss alley or Omoide Yokocho in Shinjuku, Tokyo. By day it's just another narrow alleyway common in Tokyo, but at night the street turns into a mini nightlife area for the salarymen of Tokyo. With numerous tiny #bar lining up, the nickname comes from the fact in the past so many drunk salarymen doing their "bussiness" there because there's no toilet anywhere in this alleyway. Today, regulation has been set in the area so it is a lot cleaner than before. The alleyway is very narrow and can only fit at maximum 2 people at a time so be mindful of your surrounding when visiting especially when there's many drunk people walking by from the bars. The bars are also very tiny and can only fit less than 10 people at a time. If you are not claustrophobic give them a try, it's a special experience on its own :)

Everything at this hotel was perfect. Staff spoke English and were very kind and helpful. Our twin room was warm and cosy with good wifi ,a fridge,kettle,and extras should we need them.Our room was cleaned every day and was spotless. Breakfast was wonderful...a large variety of hot and cold items that apoealed to everybodys taste and was buffet styleso you could have as much as you wanted. We had the loveliest 8 night stay here and I will recommend it to everybody. Walk to JR station took only 10 mins snd limobus stop only about 12 mins away....
