Who on earth recommended this place, thank goodness we only stayed for one night!
Firstly, the hotel has terrible sound insulation! I was woken up three times in one night by people from upstairs and in the hallway. The sound of footsteps from the floor above was clearly audible.
The entire hotel lacks any sense of experience, and it's overcrowded! The front desk is in a tiny gift shop, and both check-in and check-out require queuing. Even entering the restaurant for a meal requires waiting in line! Breakfast seems like a cheap buffet! It's crowded and noisy everywhere! The experience is just terrible!!!
Secondly, the hotel rooms are tiny, and the toiletries provided are minimal and extremely cheap. The tap water is not potable, and they offer two bottles of water in glass jars! Not even mineral water. Later, at Seminyak, they provided a variety of toiletries and many bottles of mineral water.
Moreover, despite being promoted as a family-friendly hotel, the facilities for children are minimal.
The hotel lacks service and scenery. Seminyak and Ubud hotels offer breathtaking views at every step, especially Seminyak, with its pool facing the roaring sea – absolutely amazing! It feels like there aren't many people, and the experience is top-notch! At Hard Rock, the pool is enclosed,There's absolutely nothing to see in terms of the garden view, let alone a sea view.
Lastly, the service is just average. The staff seem friendly at a basic level, but it's nothing exceptional
