"A spotless, beautiful and modern hotel with every comfort. As the hotel was almost empty, we practically had the place to ourselves, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent, especially the japanese course. We were also kindly upgraded to a better room upon arrival. The rooms are very spacious and still have the brand new hotel feeling. We would like to mention the gentleman at breakfast who brought us coffee before we even had to ask.
The onsen was modern and everything was exceptionally well maintained.
Our only constructive feedback is regarding the volcano view. During the day, the shades were kept down and the rooftop was not open, meaning we never actually got to enjoy the beautiful view. Had we known this beforehand, we would have upgraded to a volcano-view room. We also didnt ask anyone to open either one as we didnt want to bother anyone.
Despite this, we had a wonderful stay and are already thinking of returning."
