"Staff were really excellent - super helpful. Location was a bit outside of the main city centre but the hotel runs free shuttles to/from the city centre on an hourly bases. There is car parking available for a fee. Hotel and room looks a bit dated but has a great view of Sakurajima. Onsen is smaller than what can be seen in the pictures - view of Sakurajima from the bath is unfortunately blocked for privacy reasons. "

"A fantastic unmanned property with ample of parking. Whilst unmanned, they responded to our question promptly. The whole family room with 4 x beddings were spacious for our family of 5 (primary school age children to baby) to move around and to sleep. The projection with games was a hit with the older kids & the baby loved having her own space on the couch. And the bathroom was amazing. So glad we picked this place for our 1st leg of the Kyushu trip. "

"The view of the volcano was immaculate every morning of my 2 night stay. Thankful for the staff for getting me a corner room on the 11th floor. Laundry was easy to use, bathtub was awesome as it also had a view of the volcano and after walking all day the sauna on the 1st floor was a great end of day treat!"

The Onsen selection was simply amazing. The variety and quality of the baths made for an incredibly relaxing and authentic experience. It’s the perfect place to unwind. They truly haven't forgotten a single thing. Every minor detail, from the amenities to the layout and comfort of the hotel, has been thoughtfully curated to make guests feel at home. It's super convenient to the train station and main bus bus Terminal and brilliantly situated for restaurants and entertainment, that made it incredibly easy to explore the area. Every single staff member I encountered was amazing—professional, warm, and endlessly helpful. If you are coming to Beppu, do yourself a favor and stay here. I couldn't recommend it highly enough and can’t wait to come back!"
