Embassy Suites by Hilton Los Angeles International Airport North

Embassy Suites by Hilton Los Angeles International Airport North

10/10 Excellent
"We really like the ambiance of Embassy Suites, with the interior section, waterfalls, artistic lights, etc. This was close to the airport, and shuttle was mentioned. However, it should be stated that there is also a ES South and that the shuttle has other hotels to pick up. We wasted time looking for an individual shuttle for ES, like many of the others. Also, they need to update the orientation video which states that they have shuttle to take to Manhattan Beach. No one initially at the front desk had any idea what we were talking about. Finally, one person said it had been discontinued a year ago. Also, we don't expect front desk people to act like "disney employees". But it would be nice if we got a smile, eye contact, and welcome, The omelette station at breakfast was very good. The rest of it not so much. To end on a positive note, the wine and cheese reception is a nice touch, along with the restaurant. The food there was very good."
