"Saw many reviews and lots of people complaining about check in. I thought to myself how bad can it really be. I’m in the hospitality industry myself. It was pretty bad. I was in Front of the building for an over an hour trying to figure it out calling their customer support (which I don’t know how much that’s going to cost me probably more than the room itself) however the room was excellent, clean, spacious and in the perfect location for everything. Customer service was nice and they tried to help but was a weird complicated call center process, but room was great. "

"Rooms were clean and bright. All the necessary amenities available. Our room came with breakfast and it was very good buffet style simple breakfast. We also had a drink at their bar which were excellent."

"Lovely, clean studio apartment. We had a balcony which was perfect for relaxing in the sun in the evening. The windows and doors to the balcony block out a lot of noise so barely heard the trains going past. Bed was huge and comfortable so we slept well. The staff we met were very friendly and helpful!"

"The room was excellent very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The bed was especially nice and made for a great night’s sleep. The hotel’s location is also a big plus, situated right next to Rambla Nova, which made it very convenient to explore the area. Really enjoyable stay. "

"This small hotel is fabulous and perfectly located in the old town. Albert the owner is a mine of information and nothing is too much trouble. Small and perfectly formed would highly recommend."

"Lovely clean room. I selected a single with balcony and had room 21 which was clean and fresh. Basic but functional. The bathroom is tiny with the hand basin sitting over part of the toilet so if you are a little larger it's a tight fit. Check in is a machine and ended up having to call for assistance as there was no room assigned to my booking. Next issue was it checked me in and provided a room card but no indication of which room! Quick call and sorted. The hotel advert mentions coffee machine but there is No coffee machine anymore even when it's mentioned in all the emails. There is a hot/cold water machine instead. Great location for the sites and plenty of bars and restaurants outside to enjoy. Will be happy to stay again"

"We had a lovey stay at the hotel. The room designs were well thought through and curated. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing. Truly an experience - very centrally located, we walked to everything. Would definitely like to return."
