"I thought the hotel was in a FANTASTIC location - super easy access for the main tourist locations but not too busy and easy enough to get to some less tourist easteries. The rooftop pool is freezing, but refreshing! Large enough for a proper dip which is unusual for lots of hotels, and plenty of loungers. Great high quality finish and immaculately clean. I would say, for a 4*, I thought there would be better room facilities / toiletries and the basic room rate (which might be my error) wasn't super homely and the view was non existent so if you care about that, maybe pay a bit more for a higher floor level. That said, good value overall and I'd definitely go back."

"The property is in excellent condition very comfortable and modern. However, the reason I don't give 5 stars to everything is because I have a problem taking the baggage up from the entrance by trying to use the platform lifter. I tried to follow the instructions but they were confused , so at the end I have to do it by using the stair but I have a mobility rest There is nobody around to help you sort out I run out of battery on my phone so I was unable to get entrance until I found someone to help charging my phone"

"Location close to Plaza de Espana, but just outside the tourist heavy areas of Seville. Since we had a car, having the connected parking garage was a huge plus. The frig in the room is also a minbar, so space is limited if you want to refrigerate your own items. Shower was good. The whole hotel looked very new and polished (I don’t know if it is new). I would definitely stay there again if I was in Seville."
