"We had a decent stay but the hotel manager charged me for a pre-paid room and then was unable or unwilling to give me a refund. "The staff were helpful and the room was clean. I like having coffee in my room and that was not possible. Had to wait till 7:30 AM for the restaurant to open. Or get dressed and walk around the corner. But overall, it was a comfortable visit in a fantastic neighborhood And I appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the staff."
