La Malinche National Park Tours

The property is in serious need of improvement. The pools were filthy and poorly maintained, and whenever guests brought issues to the staff’s attention, they were often ignored or brushed off. Several guests requested refunds, but instead of receiving clear answers, they were given the runaround and told that the manager had to handle it—even though the manager was not on-site. During my stay, a guest tragically drowned, and I did not see any meaningful additional safety measures put in place afterward to help prevent something like this from happening again. On top of that, we were not provided with bath towels or soap, and they never brought them despite being informed. The so-called “adult” pool only has about 6–7 umbrellas, making it unbearably hot and uncomfortable to use. The main pools were overcrowded with locals, so finding a spot there was nearly impossible as well. **Save your money and stay somewhere else. I would not recommend this property.**

Where to begin. So disappointed with this stay. We booked for a whole week with my family/children. Since the day we arrived there was NO AC working. To summit up Our entire stay was a hassle, being moved room after room total of 6 just me and my husband and small children and my adult children moved also room total room. Maintenance man would go check air with a thermometer insisting it was cooling but it was not .Unbearable so humid and strong smell of mold in the rooms. And pools nasty murky with algae and dirt floating around early mornings. That’s an ear/pink eye infestation waiting to happen..And on top of that food was horrible and frozen and reception area Never ever ever picks up phone. Ugh Will not be staying here again. PLEASE DO NOT STAY THERE. This was supposed to be relaxing calm stress free week.

The hotel has many great views, several beautiful pools and restaurants. The problem is when we went to the all inclusive restaurants the waits were unbearable. We went to the Japanese restaurant, waited 30 min to be seated then waited over an hour for our food. I believe the waiter simply forgot to ring in our order. In that hour the waiter never came by to refill our waters or offered to bring drinks. Only after did we talk to manager did food and refills arrive. It was very irronic that when he brought the check at the end he was very pushy about me leaving a tip...It is great all these restaurants are included but when the experience/wait to utilize the all inclusive is such an ordeal...what's the point??? We dined off property for the remainder.
