"Our trip and time spent at the hotel were amazing. The staff were lovely and made us feel so welcome. Me and my kids have several food allergies and they were so accommodating. It was the first time I didn't have to go to a self catered place. They also brought surprise toys for the kids and were located right next to the park. It was wonderful and we will be back."

"The room had no shampoo, conditioner, soap, no hangers in closet, no amenities, only a half used bottle of old hand soap. Internet didn't work, no coffee in rooms, and reservation said free breakfast and there was none. They also have you wait while they walk through the room and inspect it when you check, very odd. High price for low service. "
