“Felt very rundown and way past its best. Old fashioned interiors and still hints of the 1980s everywhere. Average client was old and pretty boring. That’s how the entire place felt. Facilities were super tired - like the gym. Shame as it’s a great spot.
Worse part may have been the food. It was just like the entire vibe - boring and out of touch.
Staff friendly. ”

“The staff at the playa park are the best, friendly, very helpful. We’ve been coming to this hotel for 10 years , since it’s very good refurbishment about 8 years ago and a few of the staff are still here which says a lot about place.
The food is a very good standard, both of the above are why we keep coming back each year
