"The property was good, and the staff could not be more welcoming. I feel i made a mistake booking this hotel however, as the area is quite noisy. I also found the bloke who does the water aerobics unnecessarily loud. With maybe a hundred people relaxing around the pool, the noise he and his music makes for 4 or 5 participants was disproportionate and really spoiled my otherwise peaceful reading/relaxation time. Good hotel, but I won’t visit again."

"The stay is a minimum AIRBNB experience, although you pay for a 4 star hotel. It would have been much cheaper with AIRBNB. We stayed 17 nights and no sheet change, towels with holes in them, understaffed. The cleaning meant just moping and throwing away the garbage. The breakfast, the minimum you could think of and not that fresh products. In all that complex I think I say at most the same 20 people for all areas. We stayed before and it was a hotel experience. Now again it's just an over expensive airbnb. I will never come back. "

"Rooms and hotel as a whole are clean and staff are attentive and pleasant. However, I would say amenities are not on a 4 star level and the thing that lets it down the most is the food (especially if you are vegetarian). We were all inclusive and still ate out for more than half of our meals. Breakfast is the only decent meal in the hotel."

"Wasn’t checked in at the preferred reception for some reason ? Also the butler service was non existent in preferred club areas. Apart from that the hotel and service was excellent"
