The restaurant staff were very good, but the food wasn’t great. The pool lifeguard with the towels was so rude nearly every day. It’s a shame you don’t get basic amenities in the room like water and better bathroom amenities.

Excellent hotel with so many amenities. The view alone makes the stay worthwhile however the hotel also includes so many activities especially for families. There’s a large pool, a baby pool, and a heated jacuzzi for adults. There’s a bar, restaurant and store on sight. Perfectly located to downtown ...

Wasn’t checked in at the preferred reception for some reason ? Also the butler service was non existent in preferred club areas. Apart from that the hotel and service was excellent

Ona Palm Beach
Took over an hour on arrival to check in, got up to room and there were hairs everywhere and on bed lining. Woke up the following morning and there were ants on the bedside tables. Location was good, breakfast was ok and lifts were quick. Would not be back.
