“We got placed in a handicap room, which I did not book... I could not see my head in the bathroom mirror... otherwise the room was clean, the location is perfect.. right on the golden mile. There was music blasting from the room next door, the same background tune that sounded like a Dvd player tune, it was on a continuous loop and it was playing when we checked in and got ready to go out to eat aprox 1 1/2 hours, it was really irritating so I contacted the lobby and asked them to have a look at...

“The communal areas are beautiful. However it is apparent that the philosophy in regards to maintenance has been to patch it up and move on. The room was very dated, with a stained rusty bathtub, and patched up tiling on the exterior balcony. The plunge pool wouldn't fill properly as the plug didn't fit. For the price of the suite, I'm sorely disappointed and won't stay here again. On the plus side staff at reception (shout out Janine) were lovely, and breakfast is good.”

“Guilla from reception was so welcoming she went above and more to make us feel special which was a great first impression our room was clean and had everything we needed we did spot a cockroach on the balcony which didn’t bother me as it was outside but my wife was worried we called reception and soon after a gentleman arrived at the door sprayed the balcony and the doors never seen any insects after that”
