“Habitación perfecta. Zonas comunes limpias y personal super atento. !!!! Repetiremos”

“Guilla from reception was so welcoming she went above and more to make us feel special which was a great first impression our room was clean and had everything we needed we did spot a cockroach on the balcony which didn’t bother me as it was outside but my wife was worried we called reception and soon after a gentleman arrived at the door sprayed the balcony and the doors never seen any insects after that”

“Great heated pools, loved the much needed adults only pool area. Lovely staff and good variety of food for lunch. Beds were very comfortable and nice quiet air conditioning”

“Sehr gute Cocktails”

“We planned to stay here for 2 weeks but moved out after one night. We were told that the pools that are shown in the pictures were not accessible by us. Others were using the pools, but there was a locked fence between our units location and the pools. It seems the pools were closed for the units use for a while, and we were not informed about this...and the photos seem to indicate that the pools were available. Please note that there is no air conditioning. We were told to keep the windows...

“Overall, our stay at Iberostar Las Dalias was very pleasant. The staffs were friendly, weather was perfect, the service was all-inclusive, for which we paid, of course,... However, few disappointments were a small coackroach found in the restaurant, meals tasting not super great, although being nice, and lack of infant facilites or playground for babies younger than 4 yrs old.”

“Friendly staff who were happy to help. Bar staff remembered people and their drinks. Variety of food selection on offer. Lots of sun loungers on offer although the hotel can block the sun occasionally. The room was fine, clean and spacious. Room and general internal areas of the hotel looked slightly old / outdated however no complaints. Only one issue was in the final morning before checking out, there was a fairly large leak coming from the ceiling above the shower, this didn’t affect me as...
