"This was our first time at a resort and Tivoli la Caleta Resort has set the bar very high. From the moment we arrived it was excellent service from the bellhop to the attendant to the cleaning staff. We were at the property for five nights and the level of service was high the entire time. Our room was lovely, the amenities outstanding and fantastic turn down service every night. An incredible experience and one that we hope to enjoy again soon. The views are stupendous, we had a meal at the poolside bar and enjoyed breakfast every morning. The area immediately surrounding the resort was calm and quiet and there is a sidewalk that extends to the boardwalk that was well lit at night. I cannot say enough food things about our experience. We also used the spa services and they were superb. "

"Beautiful, well kept hotel. Spacious rooms. Huge pools surrounded by palms and gardens. Food is generally very good and there is enough variety to please most people, most nights. Half board was good value, for us, as drinks are not expensive, with nice cocktails for €7 and beer for €4. Unless you are a massive drinker or never want to leave the hotel, all inclusive is probably less good value. "
