“Not a 5 star hotel and the room although it was very big and nice, was dirty, particularly the bathroom. The pools are old and quite small, if you want to go to the beach you need to walk 25mins. There isn’t good coffee around and nothing to do. I don’t recommend it at all.”

“Very well looked after resort with fantastic staff - all of them had a great attitude”

“Lovely rooms with a swim up pool, perfect for privacy peace and tranquility! Great breakfast each morning and views were just breathtaking! Staff friendly and all went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay! Room cleaned twice a day and the place was modern x ideal get away for a couple or someone just wanting some peace and quiet. Local shop and bars about 5-10mins away in taxi, a little too far to walk!”

“Camera pulita, Personale cordiale.

“We went for the all inclusive package, the food and drink was excellent. The main restaurant had plenty of choice and changed the offering each night. The hotel ran free activities everyday which were always good fun, the pool was nice and they had a good system for pre-booking sun loungers on their app, but to be honest most days you didn’t need to and could always find a free sun lounger. The hotel was also in close proximity to the beach and you could walk to the closest beach in under 5...

“A very nice hotel!”

“This is the best hotel we have stayed at in Tenerife. The hotel is spotless and the staff are fantastic. In particular Roberto at reception and Yenifer and Omar in the restaurant. The food was amazing in particular the porridge at breakfast and the beef tenderloin. It didn’t feel mass produced like a few buffets do. The pool was great for my mum who had limited mobility and there were free floats. The heated pool is salt water and there is a non heated fresh water pool.We will definitely be...

Gracias”

“Great hotel and breakfast. Location is ideal next to the beach but not too far from the golden mile. Close enough without hearing much of the noise. Breakfast selection was great and pianist entertainment during breakfast is also great. Pool & pool area well maintained. Not too busy, plenty of beds and pool snack bar also nice. All round great visit!”
