“Hôtel agréable et très chaleureux”

“I'd been in this hotel for ICT 2018 conference in Caen. The clerks of the hotel are kind, and I could feel that they are always doing their best for customers. ”

“well situated 2-star "bare bones" 2-star hotel with no parking and very small room and bathroom. No elevator. basic breakfast for 13 euros The hotel billed me for the room even though I had already prepaid via Expedia (i realised after leaving the hotel)”

“The room had a murphy bed, not a regular bed. No night stand. Staff was friendly.”

“도심에 위치해 매우 편리하네요. 음식도 괜찮고 직원이 추천한 레스토랑은 정말 환상적이었습니다.”

“The hotel was good for a one-night stay, but I wouldn’t stay for several nights. The room was very cold, and we couldn’t adjust the temperature. We could also hear noise from outside and from neighboring rooms. However, the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming.”

“Sound insulaton is poor, all the door hinges are squeaky, and the bedding cover stunk like rags. I have asked the duvet comforter to be changed because the stinky bedding cover was touching the comforter and the smell got passed on, but they denied to change for me because they said they could only change every 3 days. Absolutely poor service and unfriendly receptionists.”

“Our room was HUGE and we were not expecting that so it was a great surprise. The sofa (which is also an extra bed) and large table means plenty of room for all your things so you can fully unpack. The shower was a bit of a challenge because it had no walls or doors. You need to really make sure the curtain is fully drawn to avoid getting the bathroom wet. We got the hang of it on Day 2.”

“Helpful staff great all round great location 👍”

“Great location. Easy parking, I was there on a weekend so most of the time the parking was free. The room was good enough for one person but there was no air conditioning and it got hot in the room, even though it wasn't summer. Overall a decent hotel though.”

“Great stay and really cool historical building. If arriving late be aware that parking might be tough and you might need to park in a nearby garage.”

“깡 역에서는 좀 멀었지만 시내 중심에 있어서 도보로 다니기 편했습니다. 방은 좀 좁았지만 깨끗했고 직원들도 친절했습니다.”

“I liked the character of the hôtel. The wooden staircase and the breakfast room I also appreviate its location in the city centre of Caen.”

“조식 뷔페 훌륭”
