โMagical property. The staff (Ana Maria, Karolina, Saulo, Manuel, Gustavo & Julia) treated us like family. The art work and garden was beautiful. The room was comfortable, large and the attention to detail was extraordinary. Can't wait to go back and stay there again and visit the most beautiful hotel and staff in the world. โEl hotel es un lugar comodo y muy limpio con un excelente servicio al cliente, desde el hotel se puede caminar al parque central e ir a los museos o restaurantes, es un area segura, calles bien iluminadas por la noche, si vuelvo a tener la oportunidad de visitar la Antigua me volveria a quedar ahi.โ

โIt's a really pretty patio and breakfast area. There's real coffee...hot, strong, and fresh. The breakfast that's included is good and there were several options of pillows on the bed. They also allowed a late check in and even stored my luggage for free for several days (I was on a motorcycle and they let me drop my luggage here several days early). Nice staff. โ
โAfter an almost 24hr journey (door-to-door), this hotel was such a soothing, serene and beautiful place to start out Guatemala trip. Both Nerys and Clare were friendly, helpful and informative about various activities, places to eat, etc. The breakfast was prepared fresh on site by lovely and generous staff - a little too large for us but very tasty. All-in-all, highly recommended! โ
