"Apartment was great location, pictures were not accurate. Description said ocean view, and had pictures of a room with open windows to view the ocean. We had a view of the street. Very dark in apartment, lights are not bright. Was clean, bed was comfortable, really enjoyed balcony. Description should mention several flights of stairs with NO elevator, if many flights are difficult with luggage for older folks. Also would help to have descriptions or directions on how to use all the remotes since they work the lights/fans. "

"The lobby is inviting and sets high expectations — unfortunately that’s where the positives ended. Our room had no hot water in the shower, dirty floors, nasty towels, no safety chain or deadbolt on the door — just a standard door lock. There was no way to control the room temperature and the TV internet went out at 11:30pm. There is also no elevator, so be prepared to climb four flights of stairs with your luggage — a total surprise that wasn’t disclosed at booking. Our reservation included a bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival which never materialized. Basic amenities like a blow dryer and iron were also missing. When we called the front desk about the hot water we were told there was no issue. A staff member eventually came to the room, confirmed there was indeed no hot water, then dismissed the rest of our concerns as nothing can be done. said she would leave a note for a room discount. Coming in, out of the rain and not being able to take a hot shower, blow dry my hair, or even iron my clothes after traveling is completely unacceptable especially for the price we paid. I would not recommend "

"We stayed 3 nights. The room is smack in the midst of Old Sun Juan. So expect a lot of foot traffic and vehicles on packed streets. The room its self was very nice. The balcony was beautiful. It would probably be a house inspector nightmare. Things were crooked, towel holders would fall off, exposed wires (dead), the A/C leaked a huge puddle overnight but there was also heavy rain pour so maybe it was a leak. Yes it could get noisy but that’s to be expected. It was never a time I couldn’t get to sleep. Expect for Friday and Saturday night to be louder. Even with all this, I would REBOOK without a second thought! "
