“Great location and clean room!”

“We got to the hotel to check in on time and they made us wait and four groups of people came after us and were checked in before us. We didn’t have a remote for the tv, we asked for one and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Our toilets wouldn’t flush, we told them and they never came to fix it. They have a sign on the door that says you can do late check out but when we asked for a late check out they said no, even though they made us have a late check in on our arrival day. Wouldn’t...
