"Super central location for lifts and amenities in the pretty town of Morzine. Hotel Igloo was an excellent option for a family of 3 as we had a two room suite. The hotel is very clean with great facilities too. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and it was nice to have use of the kitchen for a couple of nights when we didn't want to eat out. Overall a great choice."

"Huge deposit charged at check-in against cleaning of the rooms at check out. Guests were required to conduct thorough room clean including hoovering. The bedcovers, sheets and pillow cases and towels were all charged for separately which was not mentioned at the booking. Misleading advertising, very disappointing upon arrival. "

"Great spot to stay with ample parking! Check in was easy, and the room was great. Not much around within walking distance, but with a car, a quick drive away is a large grocery store and ample restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay! "

The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. After needing to call for clarification, we were given a separate address that led us to the same location. There is no parking at the actual hotel because of construction. "The staff were very friendly and informative and facilities were very good. Cinema is a bonus with extensive film choice. Allso we were all very impressed with the standard and creativity of food offered by Jamie the chef. I would highly recommend this property and has great access to the slopes really is a jewel in the Swiss alps we will definitely return!"
